I know I've made progress but it's still so challenging every day. Recently my moods just constantly changing and that in itself is so exhausting. My bodies like weak from anxiety. And my minds tired of babysitting itself.

I'm trying so hard and I'm waiting for a new therapist. Trying not to become stagnant. At the same time tho allll I wanna do is avoid and run and avoid some more.
