Walking around target with my belly out and love handles spilling over the sides of my jeans; stretch marks exposed was already embarrassing enough. I could feel my belly bounce with each step constantly having to tug my shirt down. It was impossible to get it over my belly completely… the lower part began to fold over my jeans which only seemed to dig in more each time I squeezed them on. Despite the growing discomfort I still decided to wear them everytime…
Whenever I’m here I have to stop at Starbucks for a large peppermint mocha made with heavy cream instead of milk. I’ve begun to forget how to sip drinks so I just chug it as I walk around the store my belly feeling heavier with each step.
“Girl, you are rocking that midriff” I hear from behind me. My cheeks burn with embarrassment knowing all she could see were my stretch mark ridden love handles spilling over my jeans. The sarcasm in her tone was evident. She clearly thought I shouldn’t be wearing this and why should she? I forget sometimes I shouldn’t be dressing like I’m the 120lb girl I used to be.
She walks around me and looks at me waiting for response distracted my drink drips down my chin. I wipe it off with the back of my hand and when I look back she is gone. I shamefully leave the store with a cart full of candy and soda.
I feel the embarrassment heat my cheeks and between my thighs and decide the best way to escalate this into full on humiliation would be to go stuff myself at McDonald’s with my belly on display, pouring ice cream into my soda as if it doesn’t already have enough sugar.
I leave McDonald’s the wettest I’ve ever been and can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow.
(Based on a true story + the outfit I was wearing 😅)
“There is no way you plan on wearing that out” my friend scolded from the corner of my bed. She sat there in her tight crop top and tiny shorts. She has a body actually meant for those types of clothes nearly the same size I used to be.
I tugged my jeans up slightly, “ what’s wrong with it I feel like it hides some of those pounds I’ve put on”
She raises an eyebrow as she hops off the bed, “hide it? There is no hiding this“ she slaps my belly and it jiggles a bit more than I think either of us was expecting. The shocked look on her face has me attempting to pull the suffocating shirt down further. “Have you gained more? This is getting so out of hand. I can’t even set you up with people anymore they all go ‘ew is that the fat one?’ I mean look at how fat your face has gotten too” she pinched the small layer of fat under my chin.
Embarrassment heated my cheeks. Have I really let myself go that much? I catch our reflections in the mirror in the corner of the room and am shocked to see just how much bigger I am than her it’s like looking at a before and after picture….

i was very busy today but still a decent breakfast that left me full (not fully stuffed) then a little snack of two full paper bags of deep friedbpork belly so greasy the bags were translucent and lunch later some corn pancakes with cheese (3)
ordered an early dinner since i know its going to take me a while to finish it
i would love some encouragement and degradation
lost internet for a while and couldn't post about my stuffing, but i managed to eat everything and then fell into a food coma

It’s crazy how many calories I need to catch up with. Every diet I’ve had in the past, any time I’ve ever moved my body or lifted my chubby lil fingers all required energy which is just more calories and carbs burned.
There’s so many videos online that talk about cutting calories, reducing fat or sugar and it’s like why? Our bodies crave fatty processed food to crunch, burp and slurp.
Heavy cream ice cream with brown sugar is delightful, adding extra frosting to your cookies and cakes is self care. Fitting in an extra meal or 2 in a sitting is self preservation.
Our bodies need to be heavier and softer for lazing and grazing. Our tummies are meant to be bursting behind capacity with foods that excite our pallete
