Hubble captures the moment when a giant red star turns into a planetary nebula ejecting gas and dust at a speed of 1 million km/h. The event occurred 5,000 light years from Earth in the constellation Puppis.

For the first time, we can observe planets orbiting another star. It's a star called HR 8799 that is 129 lights-years, in the constellation of Pegasus. The four planets we can see are more massive than Jupiter.
