Only if you request off anon if you are the artist who did the art or if you’re the creator of the character. And if you have art of the character but aren’t the creator of them, please tell who the creator is. You also will have to either submit the art to here or send a message to me (Mod Ibuki) @nb-himiko.

Tldr; if it’s your character and you have your own art that I can credit to you, then yes, you can request ocs. Send the art through submissions or to my DMs on @nb-himiko.

Glowstick is essentially either a bright, happy, bubbly character. Or they’re scene. Or both!!

Light Blue - Joyful, bubbly, excitable, bright people/People who are literally glowing

Green - Scene Kids

Dark blue- Boys/masculine people who are Glowsticks

Pink - Girls/feminine people who are Glowsticks

Orange - Gender neutral people who are Glowsticks
