Apparently the gig there was announced weeks ago, it just didn’t reach the fandom until today.

Not saying it isn’t Louis’ choice to play there, but who knows if this gig is a trade off for something else? Sounds like some kind of industry trade off/favour?

AND let’s not forget that his hubby likes to frequent Soho around the world when he’s travelling, I’m sure they got a family membership 😉

Oh, Harry has been pictured at various SoHo house locations over the years. I’m sure Louis is a member, too. I do remember him being at one when Ringo Starr played. Oh, and Zara once posted a photo of herself (and Louis’ elbow) having breakfast from one. And, of course there the famous photo of Harry on the deck of SoHo house Malibu that Louis used in his We Made It video.

But the best connection to any SoHo House is this photo taken at the one in Berlin.

Louis, the guy who travels to every random city, plays half-empty venues, and keeps his ticket prices among the lowest in the industry so as many people as possible can see him… is going to play an exclusive, members-only set for the rich and famous at Soho House. Four hours before his tour show, no less. Make it make sense.

@tbslhabit just sent me that. It’s very weird. Not just the venue/type of people who would attend something like that, but why is he going to be performing there just hours before he’s got to perform at his own show?

And they couldn’t sell enough tickets for his original venue so they downsized, but then they added this? It’s all odd.

Well, no one said it was Harry who was sick. But the media (and many fans) assumed it was him. Then someone started a rumor he was in the hospital.

But the problem is, he’s been videotaped walking/exercising somewhere today, so everyone is going to assume that he just decided to cancel the show because of poor ticket sales.

Meanwhile, I’d bet it was poor ticket sales. But I’d bet even more that it wasn’t Harry’s choice to cancel.

The fact that neither he nor HSHQ have directly posted is a really bad look. The only other time I recall him cancelling was when he got sick in LA. But he wrote a heartfelt message, apologized, and rescheduled.

Add in Louis’ outro song last night and everything about this cancellation is shady.

I hate the thought that he’s that worn out. The lyrics of this song are painful without even thinking more deeply, but when you look at them in the context of closeting it hurts even more.
