I need to talk about this video for a second. Everything he is saying is bringing me back to those very first experiences you have when you’re young and gay, and feelings start coming up. First crushes, first kisses, all of that. Everything he’s saying right here reminds me of my own experience as a young queer person.

You have your first kiss and it’s nothing special. It doesn’t stick with you and you have to wonder why. Why does does it feel so incredible to everyone else but not to me? You’re missing that feeling. The butterflies. There’s nothing there. It feels empty

Hearing him talk about his first crush being Emma Watson because he saw Harry Potter and all of the other boys liked her. Listen to his language. It’s because the other boys liked her. He’s taking the actual feelings off of himself. This is exactly what I would do too. I would just go along with whoever the popular celebrity crush was to fit in and “be normal” but there were no true feelings there.

This whole clips reminds me of Home.
