I'll be completely honest i am not much one for television unless is sports, specially football or basketball, but i do know my kids loved demon hunters so i guess i'll get to tell them i met you, which is very nice meeting you Ahn Hyoseop, is Paul the easier version for Americans? because i know they still say Beyoncé wrong after all those years, oh nice try but my secrets are staying with me.

that's all well and good, but work is mostly on netflix so if you'd ever like to check it out, it's there, if it's not for you — i accept that as well. yes, you can tell them you met jinu which i'm sure they'd love. you as well and yes, i'm sure it is. it's also due to being korean and canadian so i have my korean name hyoseop and my english name paul. i always try to hear the person say their name to gasp it as it's the best respect to me.

ah, appreciate that. and i may be bias but you should definitely check out my solo work. my album will finally be released in february! perfect, i'll have to add it to my queue. yes we were and it was adorable. of course i've got photos. at this point my camera roll is mostly full of the littles and my dog. that's pretty cool. wild how it all started from an animated netflix movie. never know what will be a massive hit. so i've heard! i've seen ejae at an event recently. gq men of the year, i think.

they are, i just offer paul if easier. hyoseop is my born name, paul is the given english name. it's all good, they're huge around korea and such. blind boxes are usually a toy of some kind and you open it with a chance to get different one. um — the best example is labubus if you know what those are, as they were huge and were very much that. people wanted certain colours or the secret ones. the gimmick being to buy a lot for the one you want or secret as it pulls you in doing such.

Oh, absolutely! Some sequels really surprise you in the best way, and others just miss what made the original special. It’s always a gamble. Those are great picks! Deadpool 2 is definitely an unforgettable sequel. And yeah, once the mystery is gone, a lot of horror sequels just don’t hit the same. Were there any that really stuck out to you? Personally, I loved Smile 2. I don’t know if this is controversial or not, but… I actually thought it topped the original.

very much and it's definitely a toss up — i personally feel it's hard with like horror films to make it up to the original as sequels tend to not be as good. i will say ❛ terrifier ❜ the sequel was better than the original as there was no story in the original so thus a confusing watch, then we get story and it's nicer to watch with the sequel. i never watched that one yet so i'll have to watch ❛ smile ❜ and ❛ smile 2 ❜ before i share thoughts there.

It took me a bit to get around to actually watching KPop Demon Hunters, but I can safely say now that I understand the hype. It was so good, and so much fun to watch! What was it like being a part of that project?

i am so glad you enjoyed it even if it took time to get to. we all worked so hard on it and the hype has been the best to us. it's amazing and i feel it could really fuel more for myself and my career, easily. i also got the chance finally to do some interviews for it which was pretty great.

Okay as someone that loved a business proposal it's really nice to meet you ahn hyseop, but honestly i'm just learning that you were also on demon hunters, like hello talent, boo they should had let you sing, i'm throwing a karaoke party just to hear you sing now, i mean considering the fact that my kid and nephews are all singing the songs non stop it's fair to say we need that sequel yesterday, i'm obsessed with the Oh but darling to not dance trend, because it's so sweet, like hell yeah let's remember to be silly and live in the moment right?

thank you, so glad you enjoyed it and yes, it was an honour to help bring jinu to life. i mean, they wanted someone more seasoned and in the music world, i'm sadly not real as i didn't make it through idol training but i definitely sing sometimes. i'd be down, but i could also share a couple videos of my singing as well, if you'd like. though i also take credit for when jinu first appeared and sang to gwi-ma, that was my singing. it's coming, might take a bit but it will be worth the wait, i can assure. oh, i'll have to look into that trend. i love a good silly moment on live and fully support doing such.

i'm very excited for the sequel as kpop demon hunters was one of my favourite movies of the year. i didn't think i was going to enjoy it much going into it but everything was visually stunning and the music was great. how come they didn't approach you to do your character's singing?

i'm so glad to hear that as i am also excited for it and you know i'll share news as soon as i can on the sequel. favourite ? thank you, means a lot to me and everyone who worked on it, surely. i think it's easily one of my favourite projects i got to be apart of. um — well to be real, i don't have that idol singing background. i was a trainee and kinda.. stopped, so andrew did and for jinu, he's more experienced in singing so i think it was the best option at the end of the day.

in my good nature, not sure i could leave you alone in this. plus, i have my grinch like moments, i'd like to think. have you mastered not making it dry ? i heard some say they have, some haven't and others just seem to judge. me — i feel a good marinate the night before and making sure to keep it soaking it all up as it cooks might really help give it good flavour and not be dry. just what i hear people do with chicken so might adapt over well. what's good sides to you ? um — i think ❛ the polar express ❜ is my top choice, but i enjoy a lot. and yours ?

I heard it broke all sorts of Netflix records. Can we expect a franchise in the future, then? A random trend I liked this year was Jellycats. A trend I didn't really like were the Labubu's.

you as well, dakota and yes, very much so. plus helps actors cross over well and get more work outside where they're based. so it might not be just kdramas for me. i didn't, but i'm very happy about it as is everyone who worked on it. it did — so many and it's getting us all hype for a sequel and feel a bit nervous as well. i think there's one a bit in the works as mattel is launching products, the singing voices of the saja boys are all signed to a label together. we'll see what comes. jellycats is one i enjoyed as well and labubus — it was too much hype to me for a little keychain.
