Journey to YHWH

WARNING: I am spiritually under construction, so my past views may change as I continue my journey to the Most High. I decided to give my life completely to God. This will be a long journey with lots of ups and downs and I want to share this experience with others. My goal is to build a relationship with God. To know the Word and use it in my daily life. To have the peace of God guard my heart and my mind (Philip. 4:7). To encourage others on their journey. To also become a Proverbs 31:10-31 woman. I am also a lover of amazing scenery and natural beauty.

Distractions. It's so easy to get distracted and focus on the cares of this world. Family, money, kids, job, politics.....etc. It's so easy to forget our purpose. We get so caught up with life and we forget about what's important; Our relationship with YHWH, giver of life and peace. I find that when my focus is not on the Father I get irratated easily and I allow little things to bother me. My mind is not focused on the kingdom but on wordly things. I find myself slowly regressing. When this hapens we need to stop and get refocused on our purpose and duty. Fast and pray and get intuned with the Father. Surround yourself with people that will provoke you to righteousness. I remember my first Day of Atonement. I was not prepared what so ever. I had to work that day and I had food because I didn't realize it was a Holy Day. I was soo depressed that day because I felt bad for not doing what we were called to do. I say all this because I know people are new to this faith and have been feeling like they have messed up. The Father is Meryful and knows the situation that you are in. We've all have fallen. Just get back up, brush yourself off and plan to do better next year. The enemy is not worried about us growing in knowledge and obtaining Biblical truth. He is worried about us speaking truth. He is worried about us sowing a seed in someones heart that may bear fruit. As ambassadors of YAH we must speak loud and boldly. There is a fearful spirit in this world that is causing many people to keep silent from speaking truth. We were not called to be silent but to spread the true Gospel of repentance. I write this with the most conviction, because I've been struggling in this area. I've been quiet for way to long and its time to speak boldly. It's time wake people up. This world is not getting any better and the enemy is not taking any breaks. Looking at what's going on in this world, I realized that the enemy has not slept or has taken any breaks. He has been causing destruction and disasters throughout the earth. As a child of Yah we must not take breaks and sleep lest we be tempted. We need to rise up and speak. Speak against deception and lies of this world. Start waking people up to the truth. Faith is not just knowing that He exist. Faith is an action word. Faith without works is dead. If you believe YHWH exist, then live a life that is pleasing toward Him. If you believe that He is your protector, then don't fear. If you believe that He knows all things, then do what He tells you to do and stop being wise in your own eyes. As a child of the Most High, your going to be led to do things that takes us out of your comfort zone and your going to be led to make major risk but trust and believe in Yah and you will endure to the end. Don't allow fear to get in the way. The enemy is just trying to get you to not do the will of the Most High. Stop focusing on how you feel and start focusing on Yah. With evil being on the rise in the earth, we must trust YHWH. His sheep hear His voice. If we are His sheep He will protect us, so we have nothing to fear. Yah does not give you the spirit of fear but of power, love and sound mind. Fear comes from the enemy. We are all called to suffer for His name sake. But when we suffer we must rejoice because our reward is waiting in Heaven. When we suffer it shows that we are worthy of Him. This is why we must walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh. The flesh stops us from doing things that makes our flesh uncomfortable. Suffering is uncomfortable but we must do it. The Spirit guides us toward suffering (because we speak truth) and brings us through it to make us stronger. We must fast and pray so that we can deny the flesh and walk in the spirit. We will then be able to take what is thrown at us (persecution and contention) and respond in a Holy manner and not according to the flesh. So put down the flesh with all its lust, passions, and desires. You are the temple of YHWH. Sanctify His temple and do not defile it. Be concious of what your putting in the temple and on the temple. Be aware of what your allowing the temple to be exposed to and what your allowing the temple to participate in. Also be alert of the words you say because what comes out of your mouth defiles the temple (Matt 5:18) 1Cor 3:16-17 Do you not know that you are a Dwelling Place of Elohim and that the Spirit of Elohim dwells in you? If anyone destroys the Dwelling Place of Elohim, Elohim shall destroy him. One of the fruits of the spirit is self control. We have to learn to control our reactions, our thoughts, our actions and our attitudes. It's so easy to get in the flesh when someone does you wrong. You must not let that person control you. Remember you are in control of you, not them. Know one can make you angry or sad. You make yourself angry or sad. If you don't want to be angry, then don't be. Remember, YOU HAVE THE CONTROL OF YOUR OWN EMOTIONS. You also cannot force anyone to do anything, it will only lead to frustration and anger. Sometimes telling truth is the hardest thing to do. Especially when your speaking with the people close to you, the people that think they know you but they really don't because you changed. You want to embrace this new you but your loved ones keep holding you back and the only way to break from this burden is by telling them the truth about you. The truth will give you peace and freedom to be yourself. Yes, they may get angry or even laugh at you, but at least you get to be yourself.
