I’ll cry if you yell at me
Yes, he showers me with hugs, kisses, and love. But that’s not all I want.
I want to be his friend, his bestfriend, his personal diary, the first person he tells good news to, his favorite person to talk to about everything, even the most random things.
I want to dive into his mind and soul, I want him to be comfortable at telling me everything in his mind, his thoughts, his opinions, his feelings.
I don’t want to be just someone he loves, the one he hugs, the one he cuddles with. I also want to wrestle, talk, and play with him.
I want to do everything with that guy. I just want to be his favorite person. (I hope I am)
"how are you?" Me: I'm good. I'm hot. I'm fresh. I'm fly. Thank you.
Everyone’s destroyed right now. Conversation filled with sad faces. People not in the mood to talk. Everyday the news gets worse. We don’t know what’s bound to happen. To pray is all I can do.

The Perfect Explanation of Privilege – In One Powerful Punchline
“The Pencilsword” is a comic strip by Toby Morris, an illustrator from New Zealand. His most recent comic, “On a Plate” hits hard at the heart of the issues of concerning wealth and privilege.
How many times have you heard the “I’ve never been handed anything on a platter” argument in regard to social security and other social benefits?
Toby wrecks this argument by showing how two children can grow up, be loved and supported, and yet still have two very different outcomes.
Make sure to follow all the way to the end for the powerful punchline. This comic is an increasingly sad reality for far too many of this nation’s children and families.
Reblogged from the source since someone deleted the text at the bottom.
