Bebe Lore —
Character Details A skilled and energetic mechanic of Belobog’s Underworld, Bebe finds pride in fixing all that surrounds her, whether it be machine or person.
One day, she hopes to bring the Underworld the future she knows it can have.
Character Story: Part I • Unlocked at Character Level 20
Bebe knew that she didn’t grow up with the same experiences as the other children. In moments she had been eating dinner with her parents in the Overworld, they’d probably been digging anywhere in hopes of finding even just a scrap.
“It will be better here for us,” her mother had told her when they moved to the Underworld. “Just for a little while.”
That is what the promise had been. They’d stay there with her grandparents until they were well enough to stand up on their own. They couldn’t lean on her father anymore — her father who was off with another woman.
But it all changed when the blockade was enacted. Her mother was a liar too, because they never left.
“Mommy, when are we going back home?” That had been a question Bebe had asked time and time again, and the answer was always the same.
“Soon, baby. Mommy’s working on it.” And then she’d kiss her on her forehead and say the same thing tomorrow.
Character Story: Part II • Unlocked at Character Level 40
Bebe turned out to be a natural with a tool in hand and a selection of nuts and screws. What had been picked up as her mother’s attempt at scrounging up money for them had ended up being something that she was good at, so naturally she assisted her mother with the workshop.
“Your daughter’s a talented one,” a regular had told her mother once. “It’s like she can fix anything she puts her mind to, eh?”
Bebe remembers hearing her mother laugh at the comment, a light and airy laugh that she hadn’t heard in a long time. It was like for a moment, the weight she’d been carrying for years now had been lifted from her shoulders. Bebe wanted to hear that again.
So while she hadn’t been particularly passionate about nuts and bolts, she was absolutely enamored by the thought that she could fix anything.
So fix, she did, whether it be as simple as small machinery to as complex as her mothers worries (at least that's what she would have liked to think). Eventually, it had gotten to the point where she could create and assemble things of her own. “I’m going to make us a better future.” Bebe promised her mother, and while she wanted a better future for the entire Underworld too, she’d make one for her first. She owed her that much, at least.

Chat: Favorite Color People always ask me whether my favorite color is blue or yellow, but they’re both wrong! It’s actually gray, can you believe it? But I can’t exactly dye my hair that color… Doesn’t suit me. Ehh, it'll probably happen eventually, especially with Hook around... Just kidding!
