Someone had a theory that the actual evil are the Restoration Project members and we’re supposed to be the “black sheep”. Hence why our collective avatar is the only human Wally talks to. Maybe we’re the only member of the restoration project he trusts.

I know I'm just a fan of Welcome Home and my word doesn't hold any weight, but this fandom seriously needs to get their shit together, and fast. So many people ran with and took Clown's starting ideas too far too fast, came up with infinite theories that were probably incredibly overwhelming to him, and blatantly ignored Clown's request for Welcome Home to remain SFW, going and making 18-and-older art of the characters, characters that were a comfort to Clown. Imagine having something that you love, something you find safety in, something that heals you, degraded and turned into regular everyday smut.

The fact that the fandom has practically ruined Welcome Home for the creator? That's a new level of low for a fandom. I've never seen this happen before, and instead of people waiting patiently to see what comes next, Clown is being pressured to create at a pace faster than he's comfortable with. People in the fandom have become selfish and demanding, forgetting Clown is doing this by himself, for free, and for us to enjoy. Clown does not work for us, nor does he owe us anything.

Of course I'm not talking about every fan of the Welcome Home fandom, there are many, many fans that enjoy making respectful artwork and are patiently waiting to see what's next, no matter how long it takes. But those that are being pushy, mean, invasive, rude, and not following the boundaries and requests set by Clown, the creator of Welcome Home? You know who you are. And you've not only ruined it for the rest of us, but more importantly, for Clown.

If Clown steps away from Welcome Home and never finishes it, I wouldn't blame him one bit. And we have no one to blame but ourselves.

Tbh this fandom is awful. Some people are good , really great even. But dear lord. People who are getting over Clown's boundaries , who are pressuring him into doing things faster... those people really suck. I think y'all don't understand how Clown is feeling right now. They're alone with their project against a LOT of people.

I would not be mad at him if he simply stop welcome home. What's important it's his health , his well being.

Some of this fanbase doesn't deserve anything , y'all are just horrible. You're doing bad things that Clown told to no to.

Just imagine having OCs and the whole world takes them , do whatever the fuck they want with it without respecting whatever you say because some of the things are making you uncomfortable.

Y'all suck.

I hope Clown is doing okay , that they'll think about it and choose the best thing to do for their health.
