Today it’s the 17th of November, and our adorable maknae @yugento is having his birthday!
The time has finally come for our maknae to have his birthday. It’s somewhat unfortunate that we are very busy today and won’t be able to celebrate you properly, however, don’t think for a second that we have forgotten our perfect boy. Although you are the youngest member of us all, you are most of the times actually quite mature for your age and we are thankful to have such a reliable and kind member in our team. For your birthday, we have been on stage, sweating and you deserve to have some great food and cake, of course before we prepare our next stage. Happy Birthday, Ethan.

The moment you step in the room, everyone is amazed by you and how you can brighten up the mood instantly. Your strong mind and humor is one of your strong assets. @chrxsis: Ethan, even though you slept through most of my birthday, I forgive you and I’m going to write you a letter like the good hyung I am. (yes, notice the sarcasm, please.) I can’t say we clicked immediately, but we’ve definitely grown each other more close and I wouldn’t have it any other way, really. I don’t mind you being rude to me occasionally, since I’m probably ten times worse anyway. What I do mind, however, is when you are unhappy, because seeing that really does wipe the smile off my face quite fast and I am filled with worry. I will work hard to make you be more comfortable and happy again, whatever it takes. I know you have it quite rough these days, and I wish you will try to lessen the burden a little bit, by talking to us and telling us your feelings. I know it’s hard though, I just recently started to open up to you, and that took a lot of effort, let me tell you that. But I am sure it will help you in the end. You are really a great kid, and I admire the way you handle some things, you are really strong and you should always take that with you, wherever you go, don’t forget that. It’s your special day. You’re turning 19 already. Nineteen. You’ve known me the longest within CRISIS so it’s basically been years. Years we’ve spent together, practicing late into the night, preparing for our debut. And here we are now. (somewhat) succeeded idols that have their name known in the industry. I’m quite proud of you, you were so young when you first started out alongside with me. I’m sure everyone else is proud of you too. You’re someone who is strong but that doesn’t mean you should carry all your burdens on your own shoulders. If not for me, you have five other trustworthy members you can lean on with things that are bothering you. Being the youngest might get rough sometimes but remember the things I’ve told you. We’re all here if things get hard. I’ve told you this before too but you’re quite the social butterfly. Meeting people here and there but yet managing to grow close to them within a short period of time. I don’t think I need to tell you this but you’re very important. Not only to me but to others as well. You have your days where you don’t feel like talking but most occasions you’re always making all of us smile and doing your best to be there for us. I think I’ve told you this before but I’ll it again, you know I’m not the most social person out there. In fact, I’m not at all but after meeting you I think I’ve somewhat become less stoic than I was and actually become quite playful too. (Maybe not all the time but it’s still more than before.) So thank you for reaching out to me first years ago, and thank you for still sticking around after that. We’re in a group together now so we see each other all the time but yeah. I don’t even know what I’m saying here anymore but it just comes down to this. Thank you for being you and I’ll make sure to thank your parents next time for giving birth to you! In addition, I want to use this opportunity to thank you, because, although you are a few years younger than me, you still guide me thorough the day and through difficult situations. You have seen a lot of me that I do not really show anyone else, and somehow it makes me insecure, but at the same time it’s nice to know that I am able to do this with someone. Today is a special day for a special person which requires a special celebration, which is why the 17th of November is now declared a holiday. You are Korea’s national treasure. You have touched many lives, including mine. I was on the verge of giving up before you joined the company, seeing how hard you trained and passionate you were motivated to continue on. Even though we’re constantly competing with each other for who can come up with the best choreograph, i’m thankful to have you as a member. You deserved to be in this group as much as any other member ― no matter how many months you’ve trained for. Honestly, you are the mood-maker of the Crisis, and your absence is surely felt. I’m not one for sharing my feelings with others, but since it’s your birthday, i’ll make an exception. You are one of my closest friends, in fact, you’re my best friend. You’re always there for me. No matter how crazy the idea is, you are still down to go through with it. You are supportive. You supported me when I decided to dye my hair all the colors of the rainbow.
