This came along just as I was bracing myself to leave the house after 5 PM...I will imagine myself as a little bear with a lamp, making the great journey to the Taco Bell down the street....

Ngl I really like how this one came out. I finished it a week ago and I just keep looking at it.
The coloring style is inspired by Yuki Midorikawaās āNatsumeās Book of Friendsā covers! Itās not 1:1, but I tried to capture the color palette and softness.
Happy new year! I didnāt finish 3 projects last year, but maybe I will finish them this year.

Released characters:
Benton the Trapper Hunter, who I play in DnDestiny, and his cowboy Ghost Leone. Benton is a human man with a subtle lion theme to his gear, and he and Leone share magenta as their primary color. He became a Risen in the Old Accra Archives alongside 2 EXOs and an Awoken; none of them are really sure why the other human is purple, because this is the Dark Ages.
The artist, Yurie! My primary color is a cool blue-purple. Fun fact: I wore the shown outfit (pleather jacket, collared shirt, pants, boots) a few days ago and was told āyouāre wearing something incredibleā.
Halifax Sassafras, the halfling Horizon Walker Ranger, who I used to play in DnD. He didnāt die, heās just left the party temporarily to track down the cult leader that he found out they hadnāt actually killed. The rapier he carries is on (permanent) loan from his best friend (a retired character), who is trying to get to the Plane of Earth. The party has IMed him a couple of times since then because the area theyāre traveling through has creatures from the Plane of Fire. This is hilarious to me because Halifaxās actual job is that heās a specialist in extraplanar portals.
Julian the Swashbuckler Rogue is my current DnD character! Heās elven, smiley, and super polite. The party doesnāt know a lot about him yet, but they sure did hire him and he sure is good at his job. Though ordinarily withdrawn and quiet, he is extremely charming, drawing attention to himself at the perfect moment to recover a botched negotiation or aggro a powerful enemy.
I played Haankhes for a oneshot run by @cephalos; she is a Shadow Magic Sorcerer, one of the many Tabaxi native to Nes-Ahti (think if Ancient Egypt kept going). She isnāt actually anywhere near as old and decrepit as she looks, but she does have extreme grandma energy. She also has two left feet and is frail.
Unreleased characters:
A person with dark hair and pointed ears, wearing a green capelet with a hood and a crenelated edge. Some people may recognize this half-elf ranger from an older post of mine, but heās facing backwards because thereās a newer project heās in that Iām working on.
