Join Us at the LawSan Fanzine Launch!

Dear LawSan fellas,

Get ready to welcome the LawSan fanzine!!!

We are thrilled to announce our participation in the Japanese online fan event Eggplant Paradise. We have secured a virtual booth for this event, which showcases fanworks featuring young Sanji (aged 0-17). The event will take place online on September 7th and 8th, in an interactive exhibition application. While the event is in Japanese, our booth will be entirely in English, highlighting our LawSan fan-anthology created by non-Japanese enthusiasts.

Our anthology will focus on young Sanji and Law, exploring their stories as they grow up. It will be released on the event day in PDF format, giving it the feel of a real book. FFurthermore, it will be also be released in a printable format, allowing you to own a physical copy yourself.

We are actively seeking more artists and writers to join us!

Submission Requirements

Fanworks must feature Law and Sanji. If the submission includes a story, it must be complete.

Submitted fanworks must be original and not previously published before September 7, 2024 (afterward, you’re free to share them).

Slash works are encouraged, including NSFW/explicit content.

For artists: Please submit your artwork by September 5, 2024. For optimal print quality of your artwork, we recommend using the resolution of 600 DPI, B5 size(17.6x25cm).

For writers: The submission due date is also September 5, 2024. Fictions over 10k words have a chance to receive an illustration, if submitted by August 15.

Additional Notes

There are no language restrictions. Feel free to submit in your native language!

It is encouraged to include content featuring young Sanji (0-17 y/o) in some part.

LawSan/SanLaw Discord Server!

Introducing the LawSan/SanLaw discord server! This server mainly focuses on the Law and Sanji paring and finding like-minded people that some reason decided it was a good idea to obsess over them. There might not be a lot of people that is into this ship (from what I see in the western fandom) but I hope it might be a means to get all of those who do in one place. The server offers a place where you can share your original works (fics, artwork, edits, etc) You can discuss prompt and ideas, share drafts! If you’re looking for just hanging out, you’re also welcome. This isn’t really a role-play server, however if there is an interest for that in the future, I might establish that. Keep in mind, this is a mainly SFW server though. There’ll be a specific channel for works that might be slightly nsfw (not explicit), however sharing nsfw content for the moment is ill-advised. The server will be developed along time, depends on how the members enjoy it so I hope people do take interest!

I’m so proud of this one TAT I had so much fun and it turned out like I imagined it, though I know that Law’s hat isn’t patterned correctly…

They’re a bit older here. Sanji’s dressed up for school picture day (he has a beret in his backpack too). Nami taught him how to make friendship bracelets so of course he made some for the gang and for Law, Zeff is gonna wear his one proudly like a gold medal! It’s one of the few days where their schedules align so they wait for the bus together ❤

abandoned lawsan fantasy magic royalty arranged marriage fic excerpt

(Earlier this year, I made a deal with @yukino-ks that I’d trade x words of my abandoned lawsan bigbang attempt depending on their exam results. They got 2.6k off me and I’ve been terribly slow in getting an excerpt I can actually show people. (There’s a reason I abandoned over 20k and several editing passes.) It’s unbetad and WIP and just an excerpt of a longfic so it has some notes mixed in, but I finally have something I’m willing to let see light of day. Sorry I took so long, and congrats on doing well!)

Warnings: forced marriage, dark themes, magic coercion (I mean, Doffy exists), general background awfulness, but hey cute heart pirates interaction
