Commander Io’ken Shepard poses for one of several Alliance recruitment posters created prior to the launch of the Andromeda project. Used as a tool to draw in eager recruits to take on the task of leaving the Milky Way galactic system for the long journey to Andromeda, Commander Shepard’s allure as a successful N7 and the first human Spectre was key in boosting Alliance enlistment numbers.
The campaign was considered a success when Andromeda’s ranks were filled prior to the project launch. Any and all recruits that were not funneled into the Andromeda programme were pivotal in aiding the Alliance in Earth’s defense during the Reaper War.
So I’ve had this idea in my head for awhile now and I was looking for the perfect artist to commission to help me bring it to life. Luckily, I was able to grab a spot with the superbly talented and professional @mauvaise-reputation! She was not only gracious about my rambling ideas, but gave me something that is better than I ever could have imagined.
