自由軒(jiyuuken) is one of the most famous curry shops in 難波 (Namba), Osaka. Dry curry with raw egg on the top is it's iconic dish. All the other curries are also tasty!

It was before Kobe Firework that I visited バーエルサルサ (Bar El Salsa) at三宮(sannomiya) with two of my friends. Had Great time enjoying Mexican food.

One of my college friend working in Tokyo had chance to visit Osaka. We stopped by this Cocoa Cafe at 心斎橋 (Sinsaibashi) after walking whole day in Osaka. One of the best Cocoa I've ever had!

高山(takayama) is famous for it's traditional architecture village and Beef!　Most famous beef brands in Japan are  神戸牛(kobe gyu) or 松阪牛 (matsujyaka gyu) but I am pretty sure  高山牛(takayama gyu) has equal or better taste.

Japanese 海鮮丼(kaisendon) will never let you down on both taste and looks. These two 海鮮丼 were the just amazing as they look. I  chance to stop by 日本海さかな町(nihonkai sakana machi, Japan sea fish market) in 福井 (fukui) prefecture. If you have chance to visit this market, must try fresh 海鮮丼.

One of the most famous food in Osaka is 串かつ(kushi-katsu). As you can see in the picture, 串かつ is fried skewered food comes in variety of ingredients. This picture was taken in だるま(Daruma, one of the best 串かつ shop in Japan) at Lucua mall next to Osaka station. One skewer costs from 100 yen to 300 yen depends on the ingredient and served with chopped cabbages (all you can eat free). Perfect buddy for the beer.

Every Japanese love fried chicken called からあげ(karaage). Soy sauce seasoned deep fried chicken will always satiate your appetite. This からあげ定食 is served at lunch time at みなも(minamo) 北新地(kitashinchi). みなも is well known for oden dishes but also serves superb 定食 in lunch time!

It was scorching Saturday afternoon. When I saw these 4 college students with recruit suit sitting at the stairs, I thought about the time when I was doing job hunting in Japan which was very unique and valuable experience. So surprised that 3 years has passed so fast.
