i have been writing about the same situation in my notes almost all day and i just keep thinking of more things that i don’t understand like why does it feel like no matter how much i explain no one actually understands what im trying to say and they aren’t even really listening they are just waiting for me to stop talking so they can tell me what they think i should do or what i should change because instead of hearing me out when i let them know my feelings were hurt and actually asking me they would rather just assume how im feeling or what im going to do because it’s easier than just coming to me and communicating that something feels off
