And now we have her freaking out that a random dude saw her girlfriend's friend's fish tail. So we know that she knows that if ppl saw what Lara is she (Lara) could be in trouble and she (Mari) isn't just "wherever" as a "look how umbothered she is at the supernatural stuff" gag but she really consciously accepted a mermaid knowing how most ppl would react and took her in

Looking back on chapter 4 I refuse to believe that’s chocolate milk Kris is drinking chocolate sauce meant for being drizzled on ice cream look at the bottle

Chocolate milk comes in actual milk jugs and u can’t tell me this isn’t chocolate sauce

Just look at it this combined with the way Kris holds the bottle in the animation (they are clearly squeezing it since it’s thicker than milk like people seem to think) there’s not doubt to me this is supposed to be chocolate sauce

My first tank!

Always wanted to put a little (5.5 USgal) fish tank on this table and my parents finally said yes! My parents are getting kinda impatient and want to add a betta already. This tank has not cycled yet so I’m telling them I wanna be 100% sure before I add but they keep complaining abt how long it’ll take

I kinda wanna tell em to “shut up I researched this” but that’ll get me in trouble. So far I’ve just been saying “it’s my project and I want to decide these things,” but they still complain. I guess it’s just in old people dna to complain

I know having the filter and heater in the center like that is ugly but I’m fine with that I just couldn’t find a way to hide them so I didn’t. I spent like $175 on everything in the tank including that tank itself. Think I’ll get some floaters as well, although I’m torn between salvinia and Amazon frogbit. Any opinions on either of those?

Any advice to a new fish keeper in general? Is my setup missing anything? If so what?

I know these aren’t in the picture but yes I have water conditioner and a test kit, like I said I researched this.

I think the undertale characters in deltarune (with the SOUL exception of Sans Deltarune of course) work like the Osamu Tezuka Star System. These are entirely different characters that just so happen to look exactly like the undertale ones. The character designs are “actors” if you will playing a role. I think the reoccurring theme of hope and being merciful between both games helps support this, like the antiwar and pro environmental messages in a lot of Tezuka stuff. Same but different characters, same but different ways of demonstrating the message.

Tl:dr Toby Fox is building a star system like Osamu Tezuka of the same character designs being given different characters to “play” like in a lot of Osamu Tezuka works. It reminds me of the star system Tezuka had

A few weeks ago I actually had an “and then everyone clapped” moment

After basically a year of planning my family basically my whole family cousins and their families traveled across the country to visit my grandpa’s grave

And when we got to my grandpa’s grave nearby was a funeral for someone else must’ve been military cause they were doing a gun salute and my brother suggests we stand and face them to show respects

When they’re done we turn back towards my grandpa’s grave and my grandma tells us about him stories and stuff when someone who works at the cemetery came to us and told us how happy us standing at attention made the family of the person who just got buried and how they sent down the worker to tell us thanks

Around late spring I decided to finally do something I’d always wanted to do and join a taekwondo class and it has really done wonders for both my physical and mental health and this evening I got my white stripe belt! 10 year old me would think I’m so cool
