Kase-San Sequel Series Licensed and OVA International Release

Seven Seas Entertainment announced on Friday that they had licensed Kase-san and Yamada, the sequel series to Hiromi Takashima’s Kase-san and… series. The first volume of Kase-San and Yamada was released on July 25, 2019, in Japan. The English adaption of the volume will be available on February 11, 2020.

Hiromi Takashima’s celebrated Yuri manga series, Kase-san and… finished serialization in 2017 and was released across five volumes, the last of which, Kase-san and Cherry Blossoms, was released in English in February of 2019. The sequel series, Kase-san and Yamada, has been serialized in Wings since April 2017. This series follows the titular characters after they have left school.

Additionally, Sentai Filmworks, which announced earlier this month that they had licensed the OVA Kase-san and Morning Glories for international release has posted a release date for the Blu-ray on their site. The Blu-ray, which includes the new English dub of the OVA will be released on October 22, 2019, in North America.
