Can anyone help me afford groceries and iron injections please?

I'm embarrassed about making this post but I recently got some labs done and it turns out that i'm iron deficient and anemic

The issue is that i'm going through some financial issues and right now I can't afford to eat breakfast, I also have trouble absorbing iron so I need injections rather than pills to supplement it.
