Hiatus!

My hiatus still applies to December 7th! I’m making huge progress on my finals but I gotta make sure everything is peachy. I know I’m running like two other blogs and am vaguely active on them, but Mavira is harder for me to play so I’ve been kinda not wanting the stress. I’m STILL unmedicated and still facing the full effects of my BPD and mixed trait depression so please be patient with me! I know some of y’all are sick of waiting or are going to unfollow. That’s fine. I don’t blame ya. Either way, I swear I’ll be back as soon as I can!

HIATUS UNTIL ???

I’m having some adverse reactions to a med that was supposed to fix my bpd and mixed traits + I only have two more weeks to finish all  my final projects. I’ll be on hiatus until December 7th. I might reply to my shippy threads bec they cheer me up and I’m sorry but, yes, favoritism is a thing in this case. I don’t have the spoons to be ‘fair’. If that bothers you, the door is fuckin’ that way. I’m wwwwayyy to fucked up on these meds to care much for feelings.

“A commendation for my old friend, then. Let it be known that I am so very proud that you haven’t turned yourself into a cheese wheel or completely tossed aside all of your humanity.” That would surely draw his ire—but Mavira always enjoyed teasing Tom.

“Humans and their obsession over blood purity is as sickening as the royals that once plagued my halls. At least you’re using it to your advantage.” Mavira doubted that Tom really gave a shit about blood purity—then again, she hoped he didn’t give a shit. That sort of toxic mentality made someone stupid.

He pauses a bit awkwardly when his age is brought up. “Older than you.” Another pause. “Few million and change. Dead fucking Gods, I’m tired.” The monotony of his life is not lost on him. While watching the Empire become so advanced is wondrous indeed, it’s not something that holds his interest. No, this is all for Mavira, not for him. “Our original lifespan was around a thousand years. This is just...taxing.” Unlike Mavira, who jumped on the immortality train right away, Avadon shows signs of age—the beginning of crows feet, the darker strands of gray in his hair. There are very few in Yvana that choose to allow their age to show.

I have so many things to respond to on here that I just feel overwhelmed.

I feel really bad adfkjs. I’m just so behind with my course work that my blogs are just being neglected. It’s not relaxing when I’m worried that people are mad when I focus on Cass or Seras instead of Mav. She’s so tiring to play because she’s just...she’s a huge bitch. It’s hard to write someone that’s so fucking godawful okay? LMAO.

      “–surprise me, if you don’t mind. i’m not terribly picky.” as long as the quality of the tea was respectable enough for her tastes ( her incredibly picky tastes, despite her saying otherwise ), then she wouldn’t care what he brought. herbal teas were a hit or miss, but he’d welcomed her into his home, and for that she didn’t really feel like she was in a position to demand this or that. 

       when he returns, she’s lounged up on his couch, her cheek leaning into her palm as she glances upwards at him. the succubus sits up slowly, tucking her legs beside her hip and she pats the now-empty cushion. she smiles, albeit briefly, before taking a small sip of her tea. “so. you lead mavira’s military, ja? she hasn’t told me much about you, i’m afraid.” 

He goes with one of the imported white teas from Earth. He prefers something with a lot of spice, but knows that others can be incredibly picky about things with actual flavor beyond something mild. When Avadon comes back, he sits beside her and holds out a cup. “Here.” 

Once she takes it, Avadon takes a sip of his own while it’s still piping hot. “I do. I have since the rebellion started when we were kids.” Way back then he was still learning, but now he was more than familiar with all aspects of war. Truth be told, he never wanted to be what he is now, but it couldn’t be helped. “Usually Mavira has a big mouth. I’m glad she’s being a blabber mouth about things other than our friendship.”

I know I owe a BUNCH of stuff but I might have to consolidate things. I have a PT job doing design work for a realty company now as well as school. It’s really, really draining me but I don’t want to give up my two blogs. If I takes 5,000 years to respond to things it’s not because I don’t like you, it’s because w/ my chronic illness doing five hours worth of work fuckin’ kills me for the rest of the day.
