she loves festivals. it’s so nice to see everyone in one place, enjoying themselves and spending time with friends and family. it makes her smile. but it feels... a little different this time around. especially with the joja corporation logo on every banner and the fact that it’s being broadcasted that it was funded because of them. while she is happy that they helped to fund the festival to keep it going, it feels like they’re showing off as well and it just... doesn’t sit right with sunny.

but nonetheless, she’s here today, a smile on her face as she visits with people and browses through the stalls. it’s at the refreshment stand that she stops, feeling weird about the fact that it’s joja cola that’s free and not water or something else. it also makes her feel weird that it’s not discounted prices. someone stops next to her and sunny looks up from the stand to the person. “what do you have your eye on?” she asks, before looking back down at the stand. “i’ll buy you something.”

eep okay, i’ve been a little overwhelmed with things over the past couple of days but!!! i’m feeling a little bit better so i’m going to get to things today. that being said i’m gonna put out an open starter for the festival and try and get to some open starters, so i’m sorry to anyone who is waiting for a starter for me, i’m gonna put that to the side for a little bit while the festival is going on! i will get to them eventually though, so please don’t think that i’m ignoring you i promise i’m not!

maybe it’s the lack of sleep that’s making her think this, but this cup of coffee is probably the best tasting coffee she’s had in... well, forever. she’s sighing, taking another long sip from the cup, feeling the warmth and the caffeine flowing through her body. and once again, perhaps it’s lack of sleep that is making her go up and stand near yunwoo at the counter. “has anyone ever told you that you make the best cup of coffee?” sunny asks him, before she lets out a huff of laughter. “anytime i make any coffee, it just ends up tasting really bad. even with cream and sugar.”

it’s very easy to know where seokwoo is located when he’s not at school. sunny’s first destination to look for him is always the library. and that’s where she’s headed now. she misses the kid, and he had mentioned that he was planning on learning something new, so she might as well go visit him. she finishes tying her hair up into a pony tail before she enters the library, making sure to wipe her boots off on the mat. she’s always careful, never wanting to track any dirt or mud in, even though she’s probably covered in it. her eyes search for seokwoo, even though she smiles and bows her head towards people that she knows. an even bigger smile spreads across her face when she finds seokwoo, though, and she picks up her pace just a bit to reach him quicker. “there’s my multi-talented friend,” she greets him, happily. “what are you up to today?”

“you okay over there? you sound like you’re dying.”

sometimes she’s been known to make noises when tightening the horses girth, but no one’s ever really commented on it. she’s flushing and then shakes her head, a little laugh escaping her lips. “yeah, i’m fine! sometime’s it’s just difficult to tighten the girth and i let out noises,” she says, making sure the girth is tightened enough so jisun won’t fall off when she’s riding but not tight enough that it’ll hurt the horse. she’s then making sure it’s secure, before giving the horse’s rump a couple of quick pats, smiling when she lets out a snort and swishes his tail towards her. 

sunny is then turning towards jisun, her smile growing bigger. “okay, are you ready to hop on minnie?” she asks, feeling excitement start to rise within her. it’s always exciting to get another person up on a horse and see how they like it. it may be why she constantly tries to get any of her friends or people that she knows to ride horses. “she’s really gentle and she’ll be super kind to you, i promise!”

“hmm?” sunny looks up from her phone to glance over at suhyun, and then glances down at her dog, who was laying by suhyun’s feet, small whines being emitted from the animal. and then she can’t help but to laugh. “no, sora’s a little bit of a drama king. he just wants some head pats,” she says, and then kneels next to her dog, scratching at his head. “if he gets too much for you, let me know and i’ll give him his favorite chew toy so he doesn’t bother you too much.”

it was probably a bad idea to go exploring places like they did when they were younger. but sunny was feeling nostalgic, and she wanted to spend time with hyerin, so why not do both at the same time? she doesn’t know why she wanted to check out the old house in the woods that they found, especially since it’s been almost two decades since they last set foot in it, but they find themselves there anyway. up in the attic, where the door had slammed shut behind hyerin and now wouldn’t open. 

sunny lets out a huff of laughter at hyerin’s words, and shakes her head, coming up behind her longest friend and throwing an arm over her shoulder. “not your fault. the house’s fault. obviously doesn’t want us to leave.” she’s shrugging her shoulders, and then looks around the room. “the house isn’t even big, i can just climb down the house through the window or something. and then see if the door opens from the outside” she leaves hyerin’s side and glances out the window. “if i get a few splinters, it’ll be worth it to save the day,” she’s teasing with a giggle.

ayy okay, so i had two very long days at work today and haven’t had any time to respond to any ims or any of the memes sent. i will slowly start getting through ims and everything and i’m really sorry it’s taken so long! i have tomorrow off so things will be easier for me then.

hello, i’m late to the party, but work has been kicking my ass and i chose sleep over getting everything else situated for sunny. anyway, you guys can call me rain! i’m 21+, go by she/her, and i live in est land. i don’t have an rp twitter or anything to hand out, and i’m not going to put my discord up publicly, as i’m not comfortable with that, but i’ll be lurking around on tumblr mobile for ims! and if you guys want my discord, just im me and i’ll let you guys know what it is. 

anyway!! this is my kid, misun. she’s a total animal lover, but has been around horses for a long long time. she’s currently a horse trainer, but she also studied to be a vet tech, so she helps out with the vet at the stables and stuff. she likes to go by sunny, and she’ll tell people that when introducing herself to them. there’s the basics of her past and personality and also her wanted connections under the cut! eventually i’ll have more time to add everything to pages and get her more situated, but this will work for the moment! like this post if you want me to come bug you for plots! 

basics:

she’s a local, she was born in yangwon, and has lived here all her life, and so has her parents, grandparents etc. family is very important to them, and in turn, herself, so she still lives with her parents and she helps out with her grandmother, who is sick. 

she has an older brother ( who i will make a wanted connection when i have more time ), who defied what the min family usually does and left yangwon as soon as he could. he doesn’t really talk to his family, and misun hates that as she loves her older brother a lot and wants her family to be okay.

she’s taken riding lessons since she was a child, loving horses and she was sixteen when she started out as a groom and she worked her way up the ranks to be a horse trainer! 

she’s a very bubbly and outgoing person, always has a smile on her face, and always goes out of her way to greet people. 

has had manners instilled into her since she was young so she’s very polite. doesn’t mind if people don’t use honorifics with her, but unless told otherwise, she’ll use them herself. 

she’s very dedicated and hard working, and sometimes needs to be reminded to go out and have fun and not work as hard as she does.

you need help with something? sunny is your girl! she doesn’t mind lending a hand to anything and everything that someone needs, and she’s very serious about helping people out, even though she does it with a smile. 

she has a dog, a shiba inu, named sora, who she loves a lot. he’s the dog that hangs out in the car and also comes with her to work. he’s trained very well and she’s had him for a few years now.

sunny is pansexual, but isn’t open to a lot of people. she’s also not out to her family, seeing as she doesn’t know how they’d react to it. 

wanted connections: 

friends! especially childhood friends and people she’s grown up with. can be anyone, older/younger, she isn’t picky.

someone to take under her wing. perhaps your muse really likes riding horses or animals as well, and they come to her for help or information? and she’ll take them under her wing and teach them the ways of the world.

exes! someone who she had a relationship with growing up or a few years ago and for some reason they broke up. could be on friendly terms or could be on bad terms, it’s all up to how the plotting goes. any gender is fine, but with the more feminine characters, it’d have to be more secret.

enemies. not everyone is going to like each other. i’d love some negative feelings between these two, stemming from childhood or just recently! could just be an annoyance between the two of them or even deeper, where they just can’t get along no matter what.

as mentioned above, i’d love to see someone try and get sunny to work less and spend more time out and about! could be a bad influence or a good one! doesn’t matter. 

give me someone that sunny can dote on! almost like an older sister role, she’ll probably spoil your muse with affection and treats and stuff. this is obviously for younger muses, buttt

if your muse wants to be like an older sibling for sunny, she doesn’t mind! it’d honestly probably help her since she misses her older brother a lot. 

a singular friends with benefits? she’s not the type to go out and sleep with a bunch of people, but she’s down for one. any gender is fine!

crushes! whether someone has a crush on sunny, or sunny has a crush on them, i just think crushes are so cute. 

someone who her parents want her to marry? i’ll actually make a bigger wanted connection for this, but i think it’d be interesting to have a plot like this. one where their families have known each other for a long time and they want their kids to get married to each other. it’s kind of like an arranged marriage, but not as well, as they’re not actually going to get married. but something where their parents push them into doing things together, or get them alone together in hopes that they’ll fall in love. could stem in them getting along really well and do stuff to humor their parents, or they just outright hate each other. doesn’t have to end in romance, but it’s a fun little plot to have!
