This is for the Hidden Gems: Blank Slate Valentine's event (Bluesky post). I managed to finish this before the end of the event! I liked Inasa as soon as we met him, and this couple charm its way to me.

Backstory: Inasa setup a huge party (balloon arch included), a grand gesture, to celebrate Todoroki being a top hero.
