Important announcement:

Hey yall, I am now announcing that I’m officially quitting tumblr. I don’t really use it that much anymore because of me being busy with school and whatnot. My mental health also isn’t doing the best either, so I think it’s best I take a break. I really enjoyed the community of tumblr and I’ll still keep my posts and account up, but will no longer be active anymore. As a minor, what’s with all these online safety acts?? Why are companies and the government all of a sudden want to “ save the kids”?? D:

All these apps I’m using are someday all gonna have age verification if this gets pushed through, which really threatens my privacy. I’ve already had to deal with this in Roblox, and I have not backed down on refusing to give my face or my money to Roblox until this update is reversed.

This has gotten me paranoid on whether or not music will be age verified now to “block inappropriate songs that don’t fit your age group”. MINORS ARE GOING TO FIND A WAY FOR EVERYTHING. And either way, it’s up to the parent, not the government who treats TEENS like toddlers.

As a Roblox player, I have been silenced and blocked from any communication just because Roblox didn’t get their way and I didn’t do the age verification. You expect me to trust a company that got a lawsuit for privacy concerns with my facial data? What a joke.

All of this is such a joke and I’m hoping that it’ll only be minor laws that come up for the online safety act and not mass censorship. Done ranting! Thanks for reading

i hate ai generated photos but especially of things that we already have hundreds of actual photos of. why would you need ai generated images of the eiffel tower people have been taking pictures of the eiffel tower since its construction. you have unlimited eiffel tower photos already. why are you making fake ones. for what purpose.

Is it just me or is Youtube ads getting out of hand?? I might be crazy, but whenever I watch YouTube on my phone or as a background video, I get a crap load of pop up ads that show up on the side of my screen and ads every 2-5 minutes?? I’ve genuinely never gotten so many ads in one sitting in a while. I also keep getting the same like 5 ads on YouTube, even if I switch accounts, same 5 ads. Like, if you’re going to give me an ad, at least be something different from the last 4 so it doesn’t drive me into insanity. Is this happening to anyone else??

I’m still so pissed about the Roblox chat verification update. I’ve been silenced and unable to talk to my friends for over a month, and I was gonna resort to Discord, but they’re adding age verification, too. I’m unsure about how Discord’s age verification system works or if it’ll be like Roblox or not, idk. I’m not giving my face away to AI and who in their right mind would use their ID? Me personally, I wouldn’t be using my ID, but you do you ig.
