Listening to his interviews, I just love the entire concept of the album — the idea of him writing it from the dance floor is both so brilliant and humble. I love that he talks about opening himself up again, about living life again. It’s so genuine and authentic and completely lacking in ego and performance. To say something like “I want to reconnect to what it feels like from the crowd” after years of being on stage is just such a loving concept, and I can feel how excited he is about birthing something whose only responsibility is to give joy.
YES and i feel SO happy to realize that he keeps bringing us songs and videos that truly comes from his expressions of his own sentiments, his own world views and inner dialogues… it’s never a delivery based on what we wish him to portray, but it’s always a warm invitation. i feel reunited with him at each new album, and it’s so amazing that he truly never strays from his essence
