 Athena laughed lightly. “It’s fun! And you’ll like it. It’s like Twister!” She smiled at him as she took a sip of her drink. She smiled sheepishly. “I know, but I don’t want you to feel like I ever spend too much time with you.” She nodded her head lightly as she smiled at him. She really hadn’t seen him in awhile and it was nice to see him again. Athena looked at her food in delight as she dug in and smiled at him. “Well I like your songs, and besides I’m friends with mostly everyone in the band, so there’s no reason for me not to know all of them. Although maybe Nathan is just a smidge sexier than you.” She teased lightly and smiled. “It’s sweet. And I think that whoever wrote it really knew what to write. I’m glad that you guys wrote that, because I think it made girls feel better, and just in general, people feel like they’re worth loving just a bit more.” She looked at him and she shrugged. “I like to write. I’ve written about every relationship I’ve had. From Chloe to you.” She grinned slightly as she looked at him her eyes widening. Sure she would do occasional concerts but she had been so focused on painting lately she didn’t have any good material. “I don’t think you would like them that much.” She smiled sheepishly as she ate some, hoping he would never see the one that was about how she was in love with him but she was afraid to fall for him. It was strange to her. She already knew she was too deep with him to not be in love, but she knew that she was still being careful. She didn’t want to get hurt, and although she trusted Zach more than anyone, she didn’t know how to completely let her guard down.

"I'm pretty sure that would be a good thing," Zach replied breezily after Athena said something about not wanting him to feel like she spent too much time hanging around him. Twirling around a chunk of pasta with his fork, he took a bite of the food, listening to Athena's reasoning on how she knew so many of their band's songs. He found it a bit cute, actually. Even though One Direction wasn't a big mainstream band that played worldwide, they were vaguely familiar around parts of the city and the feeling was nice. Zach hoped that one day the band would go on to bigger and better things than just simply being recognized as a small garage band. "Funny," he rolled his eyes as Athena said that Nathan might be sexier than he was. "But if that were the case, I'd bet he would be sitting at this table instead of me." He reached for his drink, raising an eyebrow as he realized there must have been loads of things he hadn't known about the girl--even though they'd been dating for quite some time now. "You wrote about me?" He asked with a cheeky smirk, leaning on his elbows that were resting nicely on the table. Zach let out a snicker, rolling his eyes after Athena commented on how he wouldn't like her songs. He was used to Athena making comments like this and he still could never understand why she thought so poor of herself. "I bet I'd love them. Maybe when we get back to mine, you could show me?"
