"You won’t ever have to," Vince became slightly serious at the words. More than anything, he didn’t want the other to ever have to do such a thing. "I’m not sure how I feel about that," Vince spoke without looking at the other, he really meant the words that had come out. He wouldn’t want Zach to and maybe he was taking it too seriously but this person was the only thing he cared about. The only person who’d truly ever cared about him.

Zach nodded slowly, feeling guilty for even speaking the words. "I.. I'm sorry... I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable.." He apologised quietly, though he was not as sorry as he was making himself out to be. He wasn't one to apologise for his feelings. He didn't think that was a good way to live, constantly apologising for your actions, so he tried to do it as little as possible.

He remained silent for a moment, “no. I made myself sad,” he told the other, burrowing his face closer into the other male. He loved the feeling of comfort that Zach gave him, his arms tightened.

Zach let out a small sigh as the other argued with him, but he gave up trying to take the blame, knowing it was pointless trying to fight on the subject, deciding instead to tighten his arms around the other, mentally chanting a spell to remove all tension in their bodies, relaxing them.

Vince sighed slowly, feeling the others fingers on his back gave him an odd sensation of… comfort. “Don’t apologize, please.” He begged, Vince held on tighter to Zach, careful not to hurt him.

Zach sighed at the request, feeling helpless. "But I made you sad..." He mumbled, is voice barely making a sound, though he still held Vince close, not wanting to let go.

Vincent laughed as well when Zach pulled his own joke. Moving away from the other, he took his hands and held them. “We are so strong,” he murmured with a smile. “No matter what anyone thinks, or says, I only care about you.” Vincent placed his lips onto the others hand, closing his eyes for a moment and enjoying that moment because right there, he had never been happier.

Zach felt a wide smile break onto his face at the words, glad that the other felt that way. "I don't think you understand just how much I care about you, Vince... I would die for you..." He whispered, feeling slightly embarrassed by his statement.

Vincent chuckled against Zach’s neck, and he moved his lips to kiss his jawline before pulling back. He kept his hands on the others chest, though and looked into his eyes. “You bring out the demon in me,” Vince winked, knowing how bad of a joke it was.

Zach gasped as he felt breath tickle his neck, the sensation one he enjoyed. At the joke he burst out laughng. "Vince... I'm glad you feel that... Because when I'm with you, it feels like magic..." He replied, using an equally bad joke to express his feelings.

He nodded slowly, his mood getting lower and lower though he appreciated that the other was trying to help him. Vincent smiled, his cheeks flushed slightly. “I love you too.” Suddenly, he moved to hug Zach, pulling him in tightly and burrowing his face into the others neck.

Zach let out a small sigh as he realised he was probably just making things worse, but smiled at the words spoken by the other. As he was hugged he embraced the other, rubbing his back slowly. "I'm sorry..."

"I’m sorry," he apologized meaningfully. Vincent took the kiss with a tiny smile to show he was calm but on the inside he was slashing himself for saying what he had said. His words were like knives, and he was only just learning this.

Zach shook his head quickly, brushing off the apology. "Don't apologise, Vince... It's not something that comes easy to you. I don't hold it against you." He attempted to comfort the other, though he doubted it was helping. "I love you, Vince."

Vincent laughed for a moment before looking back up at the man. “You’ll learn, it takes time and after this you will certainly want to come back.” He kissed the other again, this time with more force and aggression, Vince moved his hands over the mans chest, his lips trailing down his neck.

Zach's reply stuck in his throat as he felt hands and lips trailing over his skin. "Well if this is what it'll be like whenever I come here, I'll definitely come here often..." He commented, words coming out in short bursts, between the kisses he was pressing into the other's skin.

I love you too but in my defense, this is my first time giving real advice. Usually I tell people to go die… That didn’t help either, did it?

"That was absolutely awful, man. Absolutely awful. If we, as a couple, have to cheer someone up or comfort them, you need to keep that beautiful mouth of yours shut so you don't make it worse." Zach commented, placing a light kiss on Vince's cheek to show he was only teasing.

Vincent waited a moment, letting a small chuckle exit his lips. “No, the other way.” He laughed, moving sluggishly to the other. He pushed Zach’s hands away and began to do them up himself, briefly he looked up and quickly kissed the other on the lips. “You’re adorable,” he told him with a grin as he finished doing up one of his skis.

Zach let out a small whine as he was told he was doing his skis wrong. "You know what, I'm never going skiing ever again. I swear." He muttered, feeling miserable as he allowed the other to fix his mess. He did however smile as he was kissed, breaking his sad look. "Hush up you."

No, yeah… You’re right… I won’t die on you, not now. Not for a very long time. Statistically, you’ll actually die before I do, unless something traumatic happens but we won’t let that happen.

"You're absolutely terrible at making people feel better and comforting them yano that? Absolutely terrible. Statistically you'll die first, I mean honestly. But I still love you."

Vincent smirked, “I’ll teach you, I promise.” He moved away from Zach to put his own skis on and demonstrated how that could be done. “See, not that hard.”

Zach continued to pout as the other expertly put his own skis on, though he was doing it as a joke. "Yeah you better show me, or I'll pout at you all night." He threatened teasingly as he attempted to do up his own skis.

Vincent shrugged with a smirk clearly indicating he was purposely not telling him. “Not too sure,” he chuckled.

Zach felt himself pout, and looked at the the other with the most pathetic look he could muster. “Meanie…”

Vincent laughed at the face he had made. “And you’re ridiculous,” he cooed purposely, taking his cheeks and squishing them together.

Zach let out a whine as his face was held, though the smile on his lips betrayed him. "But that's not the point, I wanna know how to ski..."

"That doesn’t mean I have nothing to be sorry for," Vince told the other.

"What do you mean? You’ve done nothing wrong…."

I’ve done many things. But that doesn’t matter. I just don’t want you to be… Not okay.

"Listen, you may have done many things, but to me, you are perfect, and nothing can change that. And I'll be fine. Just... Don't die on me okay?"
