Zackary's Friends & "Sort Of" Friends

Legendaries exist in many places across the world, often being deep into the sea or high into the sky. One such legendary that many almost never see is Skyler, a shiny rayquaza who has mostly secluded herself to the ozone layer and rarely visits other legendaries. While it might seem as if all she ever does is fly about through the sky, she usually spends time studying on the stories and legends that exist through each region. Often in the hopes of becoming a mentor like figure similar to a Yveltal she looks up to. However, a lot of this would have to be put on hold for the time being after a worrying situation occurred. An old friend of hers, a shiny kyogre by the name of Talia, had woken from her long slumber. Many of the other legendary pokemon were worried that without a careful eye on her she might cause trouble with the uncertainty of her powers. It was an understandable worry due to Talia’s short temper, but having to watch over her close seemed like a large task for someone who isn’t well around others. Though it wasn’t as if anyone else could do the task for her, making it now a goal for Skyler to at least attempt to connect with Talia. Hopefully, this could also be a perfect opportunity to experiment with trying to teach others and show Talia what has changed since she was last awake.

It isn’t often for Skyler to indulge in the foods or treats that are prevalent in certain regions, making it rather nice to enjoy outside of her regular meals. Being a pokemon that looks up to a rather informative mentor, Skyler often finds herself trying to follow a similar path in explaining things or helping others. ) Dislikes: Battling Others, Difficult Topics, Colder Seasons ( Skyler is a very strong pokemon and is exactly able to control her strength so easily, making the offer to battle quite worrying unless she knows the pokemon can handle it. Due to mostly secluding herself away from others, Skyler has a difficult time when discussing topics she is unfamiliar with. Being a Dragon / Flying-type pokemon, colder seasons are the most dangerous for Skyler and are often avoided when possible. )

Through her travels Skyler has been looking through many details and stories, hoping to be quite the insightful pokemon like her mentor. Because of her insistence of not really talking with too many pokemon, she tends to be somewhat asocial when questions she is unfamiliar with start coming her way. )

Legendary pokemon are often viewed based on the stories that follow them, whether that’s the power they hold or the status they have in that given region. Though these stories often don’t account for the other pokemon of that species, Talia herself being a prime example of this. Talia is a shiny kyogre with a lot of strength and a strong interest in battling, often being one of the reasons why she fights with her brother. Being a recently awakened kyogre, there is a lot of worry among other legendaries on her powers when combined with her rather short temper. Even if Talia has been around long enough to manage her powers properly, it is highly uncertain with the amount of time her powers laid dormant. This has ultimately led to her being under the careful watch of a Rayquaza she knows who always seems to ruin her fun. At the very least she won’t be arguing or fighting with her brother, but being treated like a kid needing to be guided by the hand is still pretty annoying. At least she’ll have someone to help her understand what’s going on with the world after all these years of sleeping. Hopefully battling is just as popular as it was many years ago, or at least isn’t filled with weak pokemon.

Name: Talia Age: ( Unknown ) Gender: Female Species: Kyogre ( Shiny ) Type: Water Pokemon Abilities: Drizzle ( The Pokémon makes it rain when it enters a battle. ) | Primal Form: Primordial Sea ( The Pokémon changes the weather to nullify Fire-type attacks. ) Pokemon Moves: Origin Pulse | Water Pulse | Ice Beam | Body Slam ( Hidden Moves: Sheer Cold | Hydro Pump | Surf | Dive ) Pokemon Level: 62 Likes: Swimming, Pokemon Battles, “Fancy Foods” ( While Talia’s enjoyment for water seems rather obvious from her abilities, she often enjoys it more as a getaway option whenever others are annoying her. Due to the popularity and competition that stems from pokemon battles, Talia is always eager to partake in them to show off her own strength. With the strong refusal to consider getting her hands dirty with a "real work”, Talia enjoys any chance to eat some of the foods you can only find in restaurants or stores. ) Dislikes: Holding Back, Being Babysat, Electric Types ( Talia’s biggest annoyance is whenever she has to hold back her strength in favor of someone else, especially when she hopes to show what she’s capable of. Because of Talia being a recently awakened legendary, she is having to be monitored carefully to ensure her powers won’t cause trouble. Being anywhere near electric types for Talia often leads to getting shocked even when she barely attempts to touch them. )

With quite the short temper Talia is often pretty serious and isn’t exactly the one for taking jokes. As pokemon battles are often very popular in many regions, it has sort of caused Talia to become quite competitive when her strength is being tested. )

The advances in technology develop quite rapidly as the years go by, this leading to the discovery of reviving pokemon through fossils. This led to new studies on older pokemon, learning about some of the potential ancestors to some pokemon. While this method does often pose many dangers due to the pokemon likely becoming hostile after being revived, research continued as new fossils showed themselves. With an overabundance of fossils, a new type of project began dedicated to reviving pokemon through fossils and reintroducing them into the modern world. This idea was quite bothering and a little bold, but it would allow new forms of study and the potential to allow these pokemon to have a new place into the world. And so the project began with a handful of pokemon being revived in intervals and taught the basics. Eleanor was one such fossil pokemon that was revived under this project and was quite difficult to contain at first. Her energy and curiosity led to instances of her attempting to run off or not pay attention, something that took a while to get past. To Eleanor, this was all definitely weird to her as she can’t really remember much from before her revival except faint memories of her family. While this lingers in her head she continues to go about this revival program, currently waiting for when she can be a free pokemon like the others she sees walking outside.

Name: Eleanor Age: 20 Gender: Female Species: Archen Type: Rock / Flying Pokemon Abilities: Defeatist ( Halves the Pokémon's Attack and Sp. Atk stats when its HP becomes half or less. ) Pokemon Moves: Wing Attack | Acrobatics | Agility | Rock Throw Pokemon Level: 28 Likes: Gliding, Sugary Sweets, Races ( While it is true Eleanor can’t exactly fly, she does still enjoy gliding about whenever possible. Eleanor’s food preferences are a little picky, but she often tries to eat as many sweets as she can before getting caught. While flying is out of the question for Eleanor, one thing she often enjoys improving on is her running speed to race others. ) Dislikes: Swimming, Thunderstorms, Flying Pokemon ( Eleanor’s experience with swimming or being around water is lacking, making any thought of swimming quite dangerous for her. Thunderstorms often scare Eleanor at times with the large sounds of thunder and the downpour of rain following it. Seeing other pokemon flying is often seen to her as cheating in a way, especially given she can’t exactly reach her best. )

There is still a lot for a pokemon revived from a fossil to learn, making Eleanor quite the curious one. With legs that can take her wherever she pleases and wings for gliding, Eleanor is always ambitious in where she wants to go. )

Blaise is often seen as a high flying talonflame who enjoys practicing her skills and attempting to reach new speeds. You can often find her training each every day to further increase her speed and attempt to fly as fast as a pidgeot. Though all that speed can usually be difficult to control leading to a lot of crash landings, especially the harsher ones. Saying that she is a regular at Pokemon Centers would be an understatement with the injuries. Fortunately for her, a lot of these injuries just required some rest for a while. In order to put these speeds to the test, while also earning poke on the side, she’s often seen as a delivery girl attempting to get to the destination as fast as possible. While it isn’t like she can go at extreme speeds thanks to having to babysit a package, she can still go at a decent enough speed. Blaise hopes someday she can try out making her flying and acrobatics into more of a full-time job someday to show her stuff in front of a large crowd. Though for the time she’ll have to settle with simple packages and showing off to close friends.

Name: Blaise Age: 28 Gender: Female Species: Talonflame Type: Fire / Flying Pokemon Abilities: Flame Body ( Contact with the Pokémon may burn the attacker. ) Pokemon Moves: Flare Blitz | Flame Charge | Acrobatics | Agility ( Hidden Move: Brave Bird ) Pokemon Level: 47 Likes: Flying, Warm Hugs, Showing Off ( Blaise is very well know for her speed and flying capabilities, often using it to show off and outspeed other flying pokemon. Thanks to Blaise’s Flame Body she’s often hugged quite a lot, generally from those wanting to warm up during the colder seasons. Due to all her speed and tricks she’s able to perform, Blaise often enjoys to show her skills in order to impress others. ) Dislikes: Crash Landings, Storms, Burning Stuff ( While it is true Blaise can fly quite fast while in the air, she loses a lot of control when doing so which usually leads to many crash landings. Any type of storm is dangerous for a pokemon such as Blaise due to the worry of getting electrocuted, soaked, or a particularly dangerous crash. Blaise being a fire type can be quite dangerous in most situations, usually due to the inability to control or contain her flames if she isn’t careful. )

Family: ( Mother ), ( Father ), ( Little Brother ) Occupation ( Job ): Delivery Girl Relationships: Francesca ( Flight Partner ), Lenna ( Acrobatic contestant ) Personality: Energetic, Confident, Boisterous ( With such a strong passion for impressing others and flying fast, Blaise is quite the energetic type of pokemon. Blaise is very proud and confident in her abilities, having practiced for many years to ensure she is ready for anything. As Blaise is often very energetic, it’s easy for her to become a little boisterous during her tricks and mess it up in the process. )

Clare has never really been the dark or rude type of Weavile that some may be familiar with. She mostly spends her days in the snowy regions of alola, mostly participating in snowball fights or traveling with her music. Even though her father tries to get her to join him on his missions due to her skills with pickpocketing, she never really found the fun in actively stealing from someone or being used for her father’s gain. This was especially prevalent when she met an Alolan Sandshrew by the name of Lumi who lacked an ice hard shell, wearing a large heavy-duty jacket in its place. The two became close friends and aside from the small snowball fight, Clare started to show a little interest in ice skating after seeing Lumi do so. Though as fun as it was for the two, things escalated after her father tried to get Clare to steal from Lumi with her father emphasizing how important it was for her to do this. Not only was there blackmail involved, but she was being forced to do something she already showed little interest in. With her father’s actions marked the last straw, pushing Clare to pack everything she could and live on her own. She already planned the departure for months, but didn’t think it would come so soon. The only thing that was keeping her from leaving was her mother and brother, but her father being around ruined those reasons for her. And so, with a little help from Lumi, the two are now traveling to see more of Alola. It might be dangerous given their ice typing, but it hasn’t stopped others from visiting the rest of the region.

Name: Clare Age: 24 Gender: Female Species: Weavile ( Shiny ) Type: Dark / Ice Pokemon Abilities: Pickpocket ( Steals an item when hit by another Pokémon. ) Pokemon Moves: Night Slash | Icy Wind | Metal Claw | Fling Pokemon Level: 29 Likes: Snowball Fights, Pokemon Battles, Tasty Food ( Clare used to have snowball fights quite a lot with her little brother, using her speed to dodge and throw them. Even if Clare might not be the strongest against certain types in battle, she makes up for it in her speed and item stealing. You don’t often see Clare attempt to steal from others unless it might be tasty food or sweets. ) Dislikes: Mega Evolution, Heat Waves, False Accusations ( Clare has been a bit jealous when it comes to pokemon that can mega evolve, especially seeing as how it can almost turn into cheating in some instances. It can be difficult for a pokemon who spends most of their time in snowy areas to be around more hot seasons. There will often be pokemon who are quick to pin the blame on her just for fun, making things hard unless something can prove her innocence. )

Family: ( Mother ), ( Little Brother ) Occupation ( Job ): ( None ) Relationships: Marco ( Sneaky Bug ), Lumi ( Adorable Skater ), Kiaria ( Friendly Absol ) Personality: Friendly, FreeSpirited, Thievish ( Clare often enjoys meeting new pokemon who seem like the friendly type to know. While most Weavile will often work together with others, Clare usually wishes to do her own thing without other’s pulling her along. Even if she might be a friendly Weavile, she does still steal from time to time when it comes to smaller things like food. )

Harisah often aims to better her psychic abilities to one day help protect both herself and others. However, not every Kadabra can easily pick up a spoon and use their powers with ease, especially with the many capabilities Kadabra posses. An untrained Kadabra will have quite a lot of hurdles to overcome to properly use their powers in a safe manner, one such case being electronics. Something Harisah never thought would become problematic when she evolved would be her presence causing objects such as T.Vs or Phones to do weird things. It was through this she learned just holding the spoon increased her psychic capabilities and putting it away would weaken them. She’s still very dangerous even without a silver spoon to hold, but the limit in power helps in cases where it would cause problems. So far Harisah has been training for years with a strong grasp on her psychic abilities and is looking to take this experience of hers to pokemon battles. If she can handle herself and her psychic abilities, she can use them for whenever someone is in danger. Maybe someday she may consider evolving into an Alakazam, but she isn’t too comfortable yet with relying on devices and spoons until later. One spoon is plenty enough without worrying about others mentioning it.

Name: Harisah Age: 26 Gender: Female Species: Kadabra ( Shiny ) Type: Psychic Pokemon Abilities: Magic Guard ( The Pokémon only takes damage from attacks. ) Pokemon Moves: Night Shade | Psybeam | Teleport | Psychic ( Hidden Moves: Kinesis ) Pokemon Level: 42 Likes: Pokemon Battles, Quiet Times, Psychic Practice ( It is often said that a Kadabra psychic power increases when facing strong dangerous, with pokemon battles being the easiest way to test this. Harisah often enjoys having quiet time to herself to let her mind relax and to recover from a long day. While she prefers to only use her psychic capabilities for serious stuff, it never hurts to use it for a bit of practice. ) Dislikes: Spoon Attention, Electronics Mishaps, Headaches ( Harisah knew when she evolved holding a silver spoon would be expected, yet she never realized how much attention it often brings. Various electronics and devices can start to act up when an untrained Kadabra is nearby, making it difficult when needing to rely on such devices. It can be difficult for Harisah to properly control her psychic abilities if she were to have a headache, making it unpredictable what might happen. )

Through her many battles and training throughout the years, she has learned to be very stoic in nature and to take whatever hardships she has to deal with. Like her father, Harisah wants to use her powers to better help those around her and ensure their safety. )

When Jennifer was just a young Happiny she took an interest in trying to imitate her mother when it came to helping pokemon back to health. Often trying to play nurse with the stuffed toys in her room or even with the friends she made in school. As her mother was a well-recognized nurse in Johto it was hard not to try and pretend to be her when a pokemon wasn’t feeling well. Years went by and she later evolved into a Chansey after receiving her Oval Stone as a birthday gift from her mother. It was through her evolution Jennifer considered finally following in her mother’s footsteps to be a nurse, even if she was encouraged she didn’t have to. The chance to help others was something she wanted to do for many years and she saw nursing as one of the biggest ones thanks to her newfound abilities. Though Jennifer knew helping others would take more than just delicious eggs, which is when she started her journey of applying for the position of a Pokemon Center Nurse with her mother as a mentor. It was through this training saw what her mother had gone through over the years and evolved into a Blissey months later. Nowadays you can mostly find Jennifer at one of many pokemon centers in Johto, taking care of pokemon who need to recover after a long battle. You do sometimes get the spoiled patients every once in a while, but it can usually be fun ensuring they won’t try it again.

Name: Jennifer Age: 34 Gender: Female Species: Blissey Type: Normal Pokemon Abilities: Healer ( Sometimes heals an ally’s status condition. ) Pokemon Moves: Soft Boiled | Egg Bomb | Heal Pulse | Double Slap Pokemon Level: 56 Likes: Pokemon Team Battles, Nursing Others, Lovable Pokemon ( While not exactly the best battler in singles due to her weak moveset, Jennifer can be an amazing partner in double battles. With Jennifer’s many capabilities for ensuring her patients are happy and healthy, she loves to ensure they recover and return safely. One of the fun aspects of being a nurse for pokemon centers is often the adorable and lovable pokemon that can’t help but thank her with a hug or a gift. ) Dislikes: Stubborn Patients, Saddening Situations, Demanding Her Eggs ( One type of patient Jennifer is all too familiar with are the stubborn patients that wish to make things harder on themselves for the sake of causing trouble. Being able to sense the sadness in others can seem like a gift in order to better help others, but it can be hard to see it as one when you can’t help everyone feeling sad around you. While Jennifer doesn’t mind letting a patient or two have one of her eggs, she only saves them for those that need it unless she decides to give an egg bomb. )

With the ability to sense the emotions of others through her fur, it’s very easy to be quite the caring pokemon to others in need. Whenever Jeniffer finds herself with a pokemon who doesn’t really deserve her kindness, she can be a little sarcastic and sassy with her actions )

Natania is quite the fun Rotom to meet, often having a strong fascination with all sorts of electronics. This is to be expected of a Rotom like her as one of her strongest abilities is being able to enter and control electronics. While she would normally do this to play video games by entering the controller, she tried to find other ways of helping pokemon with this ability. However, most pokemon often saw Rotom possessing electronics or appliances as nuisances due to this ability being used to cause trouble and play pranks on others. It also didn’t help there were instances of devices not being able to handle a Rotom controlling it, further pushing away interest. It was only through the invention of a device specialized in utilizing Rotom’s ability when the idea became a reality. It was safe to say Natania was more than excited when news of such a device ran through the region. Not only was she able to help others with the large amount of information the device had, but it further fueled her interest in studying the various pokemon. Years passed and other devices such as Phones, Drones, and even Bikes started to make use of the Rrotom based technology, but this has yet to make its way out of the region. Now Natania hopes to one day try these devices for herself and maybe help others in unique ways

Name: Natania Age: ( Unknown ) Gender: Female Species: Rotom Type: Electric / Ghost Pokemon Abilities: Levitate ( Gives full immunity to all Ground-type moves. ) Pokemon Moves: Electro Ball | Hex | Confuse Ray | Ominous Wind Pokemon Level: 45 Likes: Studying Pokemon, Rotom Electronics, Video Games ( Natania has always been fascinated with the many pokemon that could be found across the world, each one with unique qualities to them just like her. With the popularity of devices and technology incorporating Rotom unique qualities, Natania is more than excited to study more on these. A lot of Natania’s early interest in electronics came through video games surprisingly, especially as it was possible for her to enter the controller and play it herself. ) Dislikes: Causing Trouble, Shocking Others, Electronic Mishaps ( Natania only really uses her ability to control electronics for fun or to help others, not exactly to cause trouble for anyone. As Natania's body is covered in Plasma, it can be easy for her to accidentally shock pokemon if they attempt to touch her without gloves. Being a pokemon able to take control of various electronics doesn’t mean she knows the electronics she’s controlling, which can lead to some mishaps here and there. )

Family: ( None ) Occupation ( Job ): ( None ) Relationships: Asteria ( Friendly Pumpkaboo ), Madame Deidamia ( Mansion Owner )  Personality: Curious, Sociable, Clumsy ( Natania is always curious in learning more about the various types of electronics and pokemon that are out there, especially as things evolve. Thanks to her interest and fascination with other pokemon, Natania can be quite the sociable pokemon once you meet her. It’s quite often Natania’s excitement might get the better of her and cause her to stumble or become a little clumsy. )

A mysterious Mismagius whose origins are wrapped in mystery and mischief. What little is known of through her stories is that she was reborn into a ghost pokemon after an “accident” had taken her life. The mention of pokemon being reborn into ghosts types is often rare due to most pokemon having little to no memory of their past life upon being reborn. Though it seems Dolores had been studying a way to ensure a return from death as a ghost pokemon, leaving some to believe this was more than just an accident as to why it happened. As useful as this new form is in preforming new spells she couldn’t do in her previous life, this does come at the sacrifice of no one recognizing her. The only few who vaguely recognize knew her as a Delphox by the name of Dolores Deidamia who wanted to cheat death after her husband's death, but it is impossible to see it’s her thanks to the new personality.

Dolores, now going by Madame Deidamia, generally spends her days studying on her findings and practicing spells on pokemon she sees as easy targets. She wants to find a way for pokemon to cheat death and live again, something that most would consider mad. Though if anyone will do it, it would be the one who gave up her life to further these findings. The only issue she runs into is pokemon becoming interested in her spells, which she will gladly twist if the pokemon has been quite the nuisance. Since these pokemon do make for great practice for her spells, she doesn’t outright deny their requests. If it may one day allow her to be once again with her husband, she hopes to take it.

Name: Dolores Deidamia ( Nickname: Madame Deidamia ) Age: ( Unknown ) Gender: Female Species: Mismagius ( Shiny ) Type: Ghost Pokemon Abilities: Levitate ( Gives full immunity to all Ground-type moves. ) Pokemon Moves: Phantom Force | Hex | Confuse Ray | Mystical Fire ( Hidden Moves: Spite | Mean Look | Grudge ) Pokemon Level: 62 Likes: Playing Tricks, Practicing Spells, Innocent Pokemon ( Thanks to her newfound abilities in casting illusions and spells, Dolores enjoys playing tricks on others with the intention of having a laugh for herself. Any chance for Dolores to experiment or practice a new spell is something she enjoys, especially in order to become accustomed to her form. Seeing pokemon oblivious to tricks or antics always put a smile on Dolore’s face, especially if they aren’t aware of what is about to happen to them. ) Dislikes: Uncooperative Pokemon, Uninvited Spell Seekers, Being called crazy ( When Dolores is trying to use her spells and tricks as practice, it can be rather annoying when the pokemon is quite uncooperative. While Dolores doesn’t exactly mind too much for spells seekers, it can become rather annoying when they like to invade her house like pests. Often seen as the embodiment of Halloween for her unique looks, and being alongside a sister who loves Halloween to the fullest, Gelsey is a gourgeist who loves to bring a good scare. Though unlike her energetic sister Asteria, Gelsey is a lot more laid back and mellow with her attempts to scare others. Doing it more as a fun introduction or to help show her sister what she should do to scare someone. Especially as Gelsey’s care for Asteria extends to more than just family as friends often come and go between the two. Having someone close to stick with you through the many years is a gift that must be cherished after all. Especially if those years might be filled with sleepiness nights due to insomnia and keeping her sister safe. Gelsey herself spends time making sure her sister has a good morning sleep more than her, even singing her to sleep on her more extreme sugar rushes. It is true there are ways to get past Insomnia, but Gelsey doesn’t actively seek them out herself. Especially when this lack of sleep was the catalyst to cause her to evolve. Nowadays the two stick together with scary stories aplenty and new friends slowly introducing themselves. It’s only a matter a time before new hobbies overtake the classic scares and candy the two have relied on.

While Gelsey can become a nice and sweet Pumpkaboo when you get to know her, she enjoys being a frightening pokemon to scare others. )

Asteria is a very energetic pumpkaboo that loves being the one to bring much-needed fun. Whether through hide-and-seek, scary stories, or simple scares, surprising others is something she has grown to enjoy through the years. Thanks to her big sis Gelsey, Asteria has made bringing fun scares to others quite a passion of hers with lost pokemon often being her method of practice. It does make her excited to try out her scares and prepare the best scares no one has ever seen. As excited as this does make her, a lot of Asteria’s excitement usually comes from her strong love for all things sweet. It’s why any holiday or event where eating a bunch of sweets is her favorite, especially Halloween. Among all the candy and scares, Asteria hopes to make friends with pokemon who would be the perfect ones to help her practice her tricks and scares. It isn’t often she can give a pokemon the ghost typing like her and give them temporary access to ghost-like capabilities. Her sister was always the type to enjoy scaring others with a good story, something Asteria is always eager to hear. One thing that Asteria will always adore is a large surprise, especially those that do catch her off guard ) Dislikes: Fireworks, Snowy Days, Rude Awakenings ( Asteria has had a small run in when it comes to fireworks many years ago, having grown quite fearful of them except for when they’re already in the sky. Amanda has often taken the reigns as a lifeguard for many pools and beaches. Being a Floatzel, she was very fast when moving in water and could use her floatation sac in order to keep herself and pokemon on her back above water. Being a lifeguard can be fun outside of the rare fire type trying to swim more than their body can handle, but she enjoys it when the chance presents itself. Lately, as the seasons have been too cold to open the beaches again, Amanda has been considering the possibility of using her swimming skills alongside Pokemon Contests. She's still a little hesitant considering she has been practicing speed overall, but her friend Jolie ( Gorebyss ) has suggested it for when she needs a duet partner. Considering all she can really do is use her skills for races on both land and sea, it may be nice to consider a different hobby for the time being. She may not be entirely on board with the idea, but at least it will make Jolie and Yalina ( Feraligatr ) happy.

Whether in water or on land, Amanda can be pretty fast when racing thanks to her propeller tails. With her floatation device, it’s easy for Amanda to relax on the water’s surface and often loosen up after a long day. ) Dislikes: Intense Storms, Swimming Fire Types, Dangerous Passengers ( While Amanda is sometimes willing to tangle with intense waves as she can easily dive underwater, thunderstorms aren’t something she’s willing to tangle with. While Amanda doesn't mind fire types enjoying the water, she’s always annoyed by those who venture too far from shore on their own and end up needing rescue. When needing to save a pokemon who has drifted out to see, it can be difficult to swim them back to shore if they’re extremely heavy or dangerous to touch. )

Ramona is a pretty dangerous Eelektross, being very quick and eager to take a bite out of an unfortunate pokemon who decides to cross her. Despite her cruel behavior and actions, she often spends most of her time alongside a pretty self-centered Manectric by the name of Ryker. While this Manectric does get on her nerves most of the time, Ramona has often taken a liking to how easily his tough act will fail without her. Not only does Ryker's ability "lightning rod" require the aid of another pokemon to make it work, but he has no other electric type moves to help against opponents such as ground types. As a means of getting a laugh while looking to battle, she likes to mess with Ryker with things such as Gasto Acid which removes a pokemon's ability such as Lightning Rod. There are times Ramona is willing to play along with the Manectric's wants, such as acting as a negotiator when he wants something like a discount, but she sees him as a plaything. Since no one else really wants to approach Ryker while she's around, she gets a laugh out of the experience. It can be difficult to leave the pokemon that has given you laughter over the months.

Name: Ramona Age: 35 Gender: Female Species: Eelektross Type: Electric Pokemon Abilities: Levitate ( Gives full immunity to all Ground-type moves. ) Pokemon Moves: Crunch | Thunderbolt | Crush Claw | Gastro Acid ( Hidden Move: Zap Cannon ) Pokemon Level: 72 Likes: Pokemon Battles, Live Prey, Overwhelming Others ( Ramona didn’t spend most of her life secluded and focused on battling just to let it go to waste, especially after scouring for her thunderstone. It’s often a good idea to keep Ramona well-fed as she often has no qualms eating something nearby that may be living. It’s thanks to Ramona’s strength and skills in battle that often allow her to overwhelm others as she wishes. ) Dislikes: Speedy Opponents, Little Kids, Desserts ( Despite being really strong in battle, Ramona’s species being made for underwater often makes it difficult to move on land without her levitate ability. Ramona always tries to distance herself from kids of any kind, having quite the dislike of being around whiny brats. As much as Ramona enjoys eating, Desserts or Sweets won’t really help with her hunger unless she’s already eaten. )

Being an Eelektross from the deeper parts of the sea, she has little care or concern for how cruel she can be around others. )

Ryker is seen by others as a Manetric who likes to show off, noted by how he often likes to brag about some of his battles. With lots of electricity coursing through his mane, and the sheer speed he can move before his opponent, he's a really strong opponent to face. Despite how strong and powerful Ryker may seem, he can barely take any hits outside of electric type moves which will power him up instead of hurting. He often avoids fighting against a pokemon he knows he may lose against, and generally regrets when a pokemon is strong than what they actually look like. This is often the result of how self-centered and tough he acts, often needing to use others or outside methods to actually achieve much. This is particularly why his right-hand partner is an electric type able to charge his body with electricity, increasing his power further. When that option isn't available he may have to resort to mega evolution, yet even that is risky due to the power being often too much for Ryker to actually control. He might not be the most likable pokemon to be around, but it never hurts to have someone who seems to put on quite the show for a battle.

With the Manectite he managed to plunder a few years back, he’s used it as a means of scaring pokemon putting a battle more in his favor. Ryker has often used his power and speed as a means to make pokemon listen or do as he wants, usually in getting better deals or showing off. ) Dislikes: Strong Pokemon, Ground Types, Pokeballs ( While Ryker is the tough guy at first glance with a lot of strength and speed, he is also very weak to attacks and can be beaten by a competent pokemon. As Ryker’s attacks rely heavily on electricity, a type that can completely ignore it and ruin his speed annoys him. Pokeballs have been a useful tool in transporting pokemon from one area to another, but being inside a ball doesn’t seem fun compared to moving about. )

Sometimes Ryker’s strength often gets to his head, making him very self-centered at times and forget who got him where he is to begin with. )

In her early years, Candice always found Pokemon Battles to be quite a fascinating activity. Seeing pokemon of many shapes and sizes battling each other for a large crowd seemed amazing, even if it looked a little too much for her at the time. It was only after seeing more of these through the years that she soon decided to try it herself. By trying to imitate what she saw through moves and strategies, she was able to gather a small grasp on how these battles would actually play out. Her appetite didn’t exactly make things easy as battling on an empty stomach is never fun, but it didn’t exactly stop her from trying as time went on. Her parents, realizing what she was interested in, decided to help sign up Candice in classes dedicated to pokemon battles. It was rocky at first as she wasn’t exactly the fastest pokemon, but she continued to train and learn until she passed. Even though Candice would later evolve into a Snorlax, and would have to contend with newfound laziness, she still focuses on pokemon battles to this day. Quite a few pokemon often look to her as an example of what pokemon battling can do, to push pokemon of all kinds to partake in them. Though it can be hard to battle without a large meal to go alongside it.

Candice always loves meeting younger pokemon, especially seeing them be so playful. When it’s time for Candice to go to sleep, she always enjoys cuddling against softer things such as blankets and pillows. ) Dislikes: Sleep Eating, Battling while hungry, Gigantamax ( It can be hard to battle or train while on an empty stomach, making her need for food outweigh her interest in battling. Due to Candice’s habit of eating while sleeping, she’s often not aware of the trouble she could cause while she’s dreaming. Being a pokemon with the Gigantamax factor, it is impossible for Candice to move if she were to undergo Gigantamax without warning. )

When Ishana was a young Mareep, she lived with her parents on a farm that focused on volunteers and donations. Being the daughter of the owners, she helped a lot on this farm and even contributed herself whenever her wool grew too much. Mareep wool grew very fast and often, making it something to keep high maintenance on or risk being too heavy to move. As there weren't many shiny Mareep who offered to donate their wool, there was a lot of interest in Ishana's wool until she evolved into a Flaaffy years later. This decision for her to evolve led to a heated debate from some customers, but was quickly stopped when volunteers began to defend the family. The years went by and Ishana began to learn new things while getting to help more with the farm tasks, soon being allowed to go on her own once she evolved. Once Ishana finally became an Ampharos, she set out towards staying with her new friends she met. Having seen many pokemon donate or visit in order to volunteer, she was happy to help her friends while they traveled. She even earned a nickname for herself by the name of Shine, for how her tail can shine brightly in almost any situation. This name further stuck to her when she remembered her tail could be useful for lighting dark areas such as a forest at night or a cave. Seeing as this is her perfect chance to help any pokemon without having to become stronger, she enjoys seeing herself as a “beacon of hope” for her friends.

Name: Ishana ( Nickname: Shine ) Age: 26 Gender: Female Species: Ampharos ( Shiny? ) Type: Electric | Mega: Electric / Dragon Pokemon Abilities: Static ( Contact with the Pokémon may cause paralysis. ) | Mega: Mold Breaker ( Moves can be used on the target regardless of its Abilities. ) Pokemon Moves: Zap Cannon | Dragon Pulse | Confuse Ray | Power Gem Pokemon Level: 30 Likes: Pokepuffs, Lighting the way, Hugs ( Ishana has always grown to enjoy pokepuffs while in the Kalos region, often finding any chance to indulge in a few. Ampharos can light their tail bright enough to light areas, allowing her to really use While Ishana doesn’t exactly have her wool from evolving into an ampharos, she still enjoys hugging ) Dislikes: Shocking Others, Heights, Haunted Areas ( As expected of an electric type, it’s quite easy for Ishana to shock or even paralyze a pokemon if she isn’t careful. Having never really left the ground in her life, she tends to be a bit skeptical about traveling through flying. While Ishana may have a tail to light up the dark, she is still easily scared by others. )

Having once been covered in wool and being very friendly, she still can’t help herself when hugging others. As Ishana doesn’t want to hurt anyone, she can be hesitant or even nervous around others. )

Francesca is a strong lover of music, often trying her hand at her own songs with mixed results. She generally only practices on her own such as at night, or when others wish to listen to her. Any other time and she tends to become a little nervous once a crowd begins watching her. Despite this stage fright of her's, Francesca looks to other means to properly express her voice in a smaller manner. One such method she found was in the form of pokemon contests where a pokemon singing wasn't exactly the main focus. Rather, it was on the performance and presentation that showed Francesca's skills in these contests. This would allow her to practice in smaller bursts with a mistake or two in the lyrics not messing up the whole performance. Though as Francesca had just begun entering these contests, there would be little competition or worry until she began to rise through the ranks. At least in the meantime, she could find ways of bettering her performance, outfit, and more with her friends around. There's no denying Francesca is always nervous when her music or singing has to be judged, but she knows there will be a day when she will remember to always be confident in one's work. Especially as it may not be long before many pokemon look to her music in the future.

Excellent hearing, powerful wings, and excellent night vision make it easy for Francesca to enjoy a quiet night on her own. Whether listening to music while doing tasks, or attempting to make her own music for her performances, Francesca enjoys being around music in general. ) Dislikes: Cold Seasons, Early Mornings, Dirty Fur ( Cold seasons can be the worst for Flying and Dragon types for the cold wind preventing proper flight and the cold being dangerous for dragons. Being more of a night owl whenever she decides to stay up for song practice, early mornings aren't exactly Francesca's strong suit. While most Noiverns don't make a huge scene over the fur on their neck getting dirty, most of her hair is made up of this fur. )
