Stuff I actually like that are low cal. Currently obsessed with the peach jellies tbh
I heard a lot of people sleep to avoid eating. Oversleeping can cause fatigue 50% of the time. I am part of that 50%, so here are somethings to do other than eating and oversleeping!
-create a troll account
-make crafts to decorate your room (use old clothes as fabric)
-make a Moodboard/vision board (my fav I have over 10 billion. Could be on an app, your wallpaper, or on ur wall)
-chores (may seem weird but itās to organize your mind plus you get smth done)
-make custom stuff (lipgloss, headband, hair clips, diaries, headphones. Phone case, stickers)
-yoga
-people watch and analyze their walk, talk, and they way they look at stuff. (take personal traits that make you draw yourself to them and fake it till you make it)
-work out
-do your hair (find what looks cute for you)
-personal colour analysis

Ahhh it was mum's birthday and I ate takeout and I regret everything goshh. Thankfully no birthdays for a while - I really need to hold myself to a plan because I cannot be trusted around the kitchen or foodšš
