I hate when writings are so full of unnecessary fluff or descriptions. I am having the worst time reading this text book with how it was written. It's meant to help with mental health but damn if it's not driving me crazy. Just be straight forward and stop the filler words. <_>

This is worse than people who think they write porn well but won't stop using descriptors instead of saying penis, vagina, sex, anus, etc. Like it's fine to be straightforward, jesus. I already have aphantasia, I don't need to sit here and be insulted further, sheesh.
