Hello! it's so sad to hear that you're seperated from your family so i truly hope they they also remain safe just like you. I cant imagine the gravity of being in this situation but my whole heart is praying for stability in your life. I hope you can find a peaceful safe home where you are now and that you can call your family to you soon. Amen. It must be so difficult but you have to stay strong for yourself, please remember to eat. Try to create some sort of routine, i think that will bring some familiarity. May this scary war end soon, there was no reason to start it in the first place.

It really means a lot right now. sadly the situation is still quite dire and i am still forced to be away from my family.. they are safe but still.. nowhere in the country is completely safe..
