Utchy died?

Daigo had been back from almost dying when he heard some of his friends whisper about something happening to Utchy during the final battle. Being curious Daigo quietly crepted closer to his group of friends and listened in.

As Daigo was listening he heard what the others didn’t want him to know. Daigo’s eyes went wide when he heard that Utchy had died before Daigo went Up against deboss. Once Daigo heard enough of the conversation he went to go see if it was true at the sorce.

Daigo ran around the base and town looking for his friend before spotting him at an old shrine practicing with his sword

 “UTCHY!” Daigo said toward Utchy. “Is it true?”

Utchy lowered his sword when he heard Daigo calling to him, and turned to look at his leader. Daigo always wore his emotions on his face, so it was easy enough for him to realize that he was upset about something.

“Is what true, King-dono?” Utchy had no context to understand what was upsetting Daigo, but he wanted to be of help to him.

Medieval AU

Utchy was a knight serving a former king of Zyuden several generations back when the Deboss kingdom attacked. Caught by a spell, Utchy was frozen for years, captured by Deboss. They brainwashed him, convincing him he served them, but during a Deboss raid, he encountered Daigo, who helped free his mind from Deboss’ control over it. Utchy has since sworn his loyalty to Daigo, and is doing his utmost to make up for his betrayal.

Utchy blinked. “Amy did?” His blush got deeper. “You’ve been… day dreaming about me?” Utchy didn’t have to energy to reply any more, so he crouched down, hiding his face in his hands.

“Yep! Apperently I have been doing it 6 times in the past two days and Amy was getting annoyed.” Daigo noticed Utchy crouching down and hiding his face. Daigo dropped down to put a hand on Utchy’s head. “Whats wrong? Did i do something bad?”

Utchy shook his head. “No, you did not do anything wrong… I just need a moment…” He stayed in that position for a little bit, trying to get his head around what just happened. Once he did, he peeked up through his fingers at Daigo. “So… you… like me?”
