“Well it’s nice to meet you as well Hei. Let me get your order in and then sure I can tell you about the area.” Daigo ran to the kitchen to put in Hei’s order and grab a water for him. “So what would you like to know about this town?”

“Well…” he began, accepting the water. “I’m a bit of a problem solver by nature. Are there any strange or unusual things happening around town?” he questioned. From what he saw, this place was rather quiet but who knows lies beneath the surface of that peace. Especially with Dai-Shocker on the move again.

“Strange? Oh I remember when Deboss legion was attacking the area but they aren’t around anymore. My team and I beat them.” Daigo said with a huge smile on his face.

“No, I mean - let’s stop and consider this for a moment.”

AkaRed points at the ridiculously complex device in front of Daigo and himself. “You made this so it would… cook hamburgers! Are you sure just using the usual method isn’t practical enough?”

Daigo looks at his device and pouts. “Of course it will work on cooking Hamburgers... I had Yayoi and Utchy test if before i even brought it to the picnic!”

Hei stumbled through a portal grumbling as he did. He brushed himself off and adjusted his tie. “Ugh…where did that thing drop me off to now?” he muttered as he looked around. It seemed like an average place. It seemed like a bustling town, full of people. ‘Well…the best place to find information is usually where they serve food so…’

He wandered a bit and suddenly came up to an oddly named restaurant. ‘Tiger Boy Restaurant? Odd name. It’s perfect.’ He decided as he entered. Finding a seat out of the way, he sat down. Maybe a little spying on the patrons will shed some light on the situation. -Gurgle- And some food is good too.

Daigo had decided to help out at the Tiger Boy for the day seeing as he didn’t have much to do and Amy needed the extra help today. As he was working in the kitchen he heard the door open and close thinking a customer was here. Sneaking around to the front Daigo noticed a man he never saw before. Being curious Daigo went over to the man.

“Yo, welcome to the Tiger Boy? Can I get you anything?” Daigo asked holding out a menu for the man.

Hei was slightly startled as his mind was elsewhere when the young man approached him, still he accepted the menu. Glancing at the menu, Hei quickly made a choice. “I’ll take today’s special and a glass of water.” He ordered. He eyed his server. There was something extraordinary about him it seemed. He exuded a confidence he hadn’t seen before.

“Pardon me, but may I ask you your name?” Hei asked politely.

Daigo smiles and takes the menu back from the man. “I will put that in for you right away.” Before Daigo could walk away he heard the man ask his name. “Name’s Kiryuu Daigo, but everyone calls me King! You can call me that too!” Daigo holds out his hand for the stranger.

“King?” Hei questioned amused but took the Daigo’s hand and shook it. “The name’s Hei Xiong. The only nickname I have is “Junior”, but I prefer if you’d call me Hei.” he introduced himself. “It’s a pleasure to meet you King.”

“I don’t suppose you could indulge me with a little info about the area. I’m new around here.”
