Suddenly an apiary! Also this little cutie Enderman wandered into my home wearing a backpack. Lookit him go!

After this homestead is completed I'm swapping back to Survival. I ran MCDungeon on this map and it output 37 things for exploring. This can serve as a good base of operations for ransacking those!

Meanwhile, does anyone out there have any good suggestions for extra dimension mods? Something like the Aether mod or the Twilight Forest (which happens to be the coolest forest ever, yep).

Minecraft Crafting Guide - Calculator

An item calculator and circle generator for Minecraft items. Calculates total items needed.

The Minecraft Crafting Guide hosts a very handy tool where the player can input what item they want to craft along with a quantity, and after hitting "submit" the page will return what items in what quantities the player will need. Great for planning large-scale projects!

A nifty added feature involves a grid generator for making pixelated circles as well.

Tonight in the Lab, UnknownEntity and I two-manned the Ender Dragon. Between his [Falcon Punch] and my [Wob], the Dragon fell beneath a barrage of flaming projectiles and succumbed with little resistance. For me, this marked two server-side achievements: “Dragon Slayer” and “Moon Cheese,” one for landing the finishing blow on the dragon and the other for collected end stone. UE lost one of his bows in the process, but we pooled together our spoils from The End and are working on rebuilding it.

Afterward, I got to take some selfies with the friendermen! Unfortunately they turned on me as soon as I took my pumpkin off - must not have liked my haircut - so I took shelter beneath one of the obsidian spikes to fend for my life, and my treasure.

The End gets reset every couple of weeks, so everyone can have a chance to fight the dragon and claim its egg themselves. Afterward, the server enjoys a couple weeks of peaceful plundering to stock up on End Stone and Ender Pearls!

The first is Unity Station, a large statue of the Admin DrCossack and Op WindRider739, built over the halfway point of the Transoceanic line to commemorate the teamwork and dedication it took to build such a massive rail.

Aaaand then there’s a giant Enderman stealing someone’s house. I don’t know the story behind that one, but I like him. That poor house got cut right down the middle!

And last - but definitely not least - is Port Townshend! This is just a small sample of what can be found there, including the sailor’s cathedral, some great pixel art, quiet contemplation, and a trailer park.

Not pictured would be the spleef arena, jousting, many more structures and homes, the AFK Coaster plus the 57-minute rail from Central to the Port. Riding the whole length of the Trans-oceanic line from Central to Port Townshend will yield another achievement!

First up for locations, Sanctum! This pastoral village is tended to by five different players, who have all worked dutifully to create a gorgeous and well-organized locale. Notable pieces include the Sanctum itself, a large harbor, the fanciest portal you’ve ever seen, and several highly detailed houses.

Other attractions of note would be the Battleship board set up in Port Townshend, and the Lost Island Parkour arena; the latter of which yields and achivement if you can touch the ceiling!

Speaking of Event Night, that opens up access to a whole slew of great activities! The most notable of which being PvP, which is restricted to several closed arenas with portals leading back to the Nether or the End of Time for quick travel. Outside of that, there is a large garden maze and a fully functional Mario Kart track, straight from Donut Plains!

It’s time for some screenshots showcasing the awesome things found in the Minecraft server I recently joined: Creeper’s Lab!

Around spawn is a town called Central, which contains several markets and farms, a community center, the Admin’s home, and a lot of beautiful pixel art. The most notable feature, however, is Grand Central Station, which houses rails leading to all of Laurasia’s settlements.

On Event Night, which is held every Saturday evening at 9 PM EST, these mysterious, blue Police Call Boxes open up all over the world. They give access to the End of Time, from which any wayward time traveler can access the biggest attractions Laurasia has to offer (and perhaps even pay homage to the God of War beyond that door…).
