Worried

I sit here, on my desk, in my dorm room, just imagining what my future would be or could be. God is in control of my life, and what I hope to be in the future could be different from what God has planned. I’m so worried that I might not have a good life, but the thing is I’m not worried that I’ll have a good job or career. I’m worried that I’ll have a shitty job with a shit pay. What I’m worried about is that I won’t get a career that PAYS a lot. I’m worried that I won’t be rich in the future, and I’ve been telling myself that I should get a job I would love, but instead I grew up to be the opposite of what I’ve been dreading about, which is that money is in control of everything. It took over me and now I’m worried about the future that I might not have money to buy all the expensive things I want.

Time flies...

I’m sitting here in dorm’s study hall room and I’m looking through my old photos from middle school up to my senior year of high school. I never thought that those memories would be so distant and far away and the friends that I thought were so close then are now just acquaintances. To those who are still in middle school or high school, cherish every single moment you have. Doesn’t matter if it’s 1 second or 1 hour, treat it as if it’s the last day or time you’ll be doing whatever it is. Time is too precious to be taken advantage of. Today is a gift , that’s why it’s called the present.
