and idk i know i always have the unpopular opinion + i always feel like a huge bitch for being a near constant hater but am i really taking crazy pills? virtually everyone loves this?

i keep wondering more and more as of late why i continue to call myself a huge fan of something that has done nothing but disappoint me over the last, idk, 7 years

#it just really sucks because this genuinely is one of my top 5 of all time series #it used to be top 3 but it just continuously kept being bumped down by things i find more fun (i.e. arms and dragonball)#it just SUCKS there's no joy in ts for me anymore #and a part of me is just like oh brother stop bitching you're not the only person they want to appeal to but it's like #idk i remember when the series used to be constant innovation #even IF there were always things i took issue with

unfortunately hyrule propaganda worked on me in EoW because that zelda is just so delightful. Them going through the effort to show that the common townsfolk cared about her because she frequently associated with them personally is just too sweet for my little black heart to take. AND her actually putting in effort to build relations with the gerudo people? sorry. sorry. im defending this one royal. its bc she gets off her ass and gets shit done.
