New Nightwing issue. Any thoughts? 🫤

Only thing I enjoyed about it was the fact that Dick was familiar with the train schedules.

The POV aspect didn't do anything for me. It just made me realize that I don't want to be looking at Dick's hands for the majority of the issue. Without my attention going to him, I was forced to look through his eyes and focus on Babs's able-bodied self swinging around in all the ways it shouldn't be able to.

The dialogue felt bottom of the barrel as usual.

"Nightwing. Girl Nightwing."

"It would be like me calling you Mr. Hole."

Siiiiigh. I'm so tired.

I mean, this issue was boring, and TT's penchant for throwing social issues around like confetti has long gone stale, but it didn't piss me off like TT's flashback scene from Titans #2 did.

literally anytime i do anything remotely difficult i suddenly feel as though i am frodo baggins collapsed on mount doom. like i’ll be composing an email and suddenly i cant recall the taste of food nor the sound of water and there’s a giant flaming eyeball hindering my vision and i dont even have my gardeners big strong arms to gently cradle me
