Hello, my friend. I do hope things have been good in whatever corner of the world you reside in. I have been well, myself. Teju and I have just been doing a little extra travelling. He is old enough to walk on his own, so I wanted to show him as much as I could around here. But, it has been delightful. Thank you for asking.

I think that is a wonderful idea! You see the world in a different light than I, I believe you could teach him some very valuable things he will carry through his life.

Do you feel lucky to have survived all the things you've been through?

I am grateful for it, and for being able to live a full life despite everything I’ve seen. Not everyone gets a second chance, or - a third or a fourth, like I’ve had. Yes, I suppose I am lucky, even though I don’t consider myself so. I’m not much of a believer in luck in general… most things in life are consequences for something else. We are all bound to a tapestry, after all, and we pull our own thread through it a certain way. Luck and karma can rarely coexist.

Does that make any sense? @zenyattaspeaks, I need your coherency.

Of course, my friend. We all live on our own paths in the universe. While they may steer off to one side or the other at times, it is not unfamiliar to feel this way.

In a way, you are correct. Luck had nothing to do with it because you worked very hard to get where you are from where you were. The universe had a plan for you, and the Iris shines beautifully on you for it. You have taken it all and become closer to the person you are meant to be.

Hey, Zen! Just popping in to see how things are going with you and Teju and Shunyatta. How has your day been? Anything interesting happen?

Hello my friend! All has been quiet, mostly. Shunyata keeps to himself mostly these days, though I do catch him playing with Teju more often then not.

We've been helping prepare for the holidays with everyone here, and it has been such a delight. It's been some time since I've had so many people around me for Christmas. But, I feel blessed, the Iris shines brightly down on us all these days.

do you dream?

I do dream, even though I may not sleep. With my sensors off, I like to imagine a truly peaceful where the stars are bright and surround me on all sides. It is quiet, not silent, but quiet, with just a gentle gong in the distance. That's my favorite dream.

Also I have one occasionally where I am chased by a giant cheeseburger, but that's a different story.

Hey there, Zen. How was Halloween? Did Teju get lots of candy? Did your shadowy friend cause any mischief? I'm pretty sure he did, heh... P.S. How were the Reese's cups I sent you? Were they delicious?

It was delightful. Teju is much to young for actual trick or treating, and many of the people here do not celebrate Halloween, but we still had a nice stroll around the city below.

I did not see very much of Shunyata, but I am sure he was off enjoying the holiday in his own way. He did pop back a few times to see Teju, I think he likes him more than he lets on, haha!

I could not eat the Reese's myself, as I am an omnic, but Teju seemed to like them. So, I thank you for that, my friend. I hope your Halloween was lovely as well.

Teju waddles by, dressed as a little grim reaper with a hood over his head and holding a plastic scythe. When he drops back, falling back on his butt, the shadow of Shunyata is there to lift him up again.

He sounds disappointed but hes also laughing in that weird glitchy tone. Stealing hearts is easy, it's souls that is the tough one.
