A 1918 $2 dollar bill with USS New York (BB-34) on the reverse. Her depiction is from her 1914 configuration.
I don't know about but I say bring back the warship currency!

Iâm part of âGeneration Zâ. We have every piece of information at our fingertips yet not one of my friends knew about Iwo Jima. Ok, I admit Iâm weird and obsess about certain battles and wars no one else does- but it pains me to think how little this generation knows about American history. We are nearing a time when all of our war veterans will be dead and gone and my generation doesnât have a clue of the sacrifices made for our freedom.
I was talking to someone before work the other week and realized they have no idea where Vietnam or Poland are.
Snow possible way it could get any better
I havenât been skiing or snowing in snow long... time to plan a spring trip!
Congratulations to 1917 on winning 3 Academy Awards!

The Euthanasia Coaster
The euthanasia roller coaster is a hypothetical euthanasia machine in the form of a roller coaster. In 2010 it was designed and made into a scale model by Julionas Urbonas. It is engineered to humanelyâwith elegance and euphoriaâtake the life of a human being.
It kills its passengers through prolonged cerebral hypoxia. The seven inversions in the ride inflict 10 g on the rider for 60 seconds. Depending on the person and their tolerance to the g force, either the 1st or the 2nd inversion would render them brain dead.
HERE is a short video where Julionas goes into more detail about his art piece.
