Zero just looked up at him and blinked in confusion. “What do you mean? It’s for me. They’re all for me actually.”

“I mean is someone making you do all the work for them? Have you never heard the saying before? What are you going to do with three costumes?”

Zero shook their head, still confused. "I'm making them all just for me. And I'm obviously going to wear them. What else do you do with a costume?"

Zero looked up suddenly at the boy's voice, startled slightly. "Oh wow that's perfect! Thanks so much weed tree boy."

"Oh I'm so sorry. I didn't realize." Zero perked up, smiling widely. "Really? That's great! Thank you so much ummm.... Sorry I didn't catch your name."

"Well yeah. It's boring to just have one. I don't think I've had just one since I was eight." Zero wrote down the information and tucked the note in their pocket. "Thanks for that. Now I just need the rest."

Zero nodded along to their list, smiling gratefully. "Thanks Lilo. I'll keep that in mind."

Zero chuckled and shrugged their shoulders. "I dunno. I buy like ten at a time, I suppose."

"Well he's been pretty flushed recently. And he can't seem to stand still ever. Like more than usual."

"Really? Not even Christmas?"
