I've been wanting to post this pictures for the past three days but I couldn't come up with a good caption. Quite the procrastinator! Finally I'm just gonna post it and you get to read a caption about nothing. Haha of course I won't leave you guys without some knowledge. I struggle with the desire to be loved, valued, or feel pleasured! I get mad, frustrated or disappointed when this desires aren't met. I'm aware of it but I struggle to ignore this temptation! I realize that every time I block this thought out of my mind, it only gets worst! By resisting this feeling, I'm actually reenforcing it. Whatever I resist, persist! The more I fight this feeling, the more it consumes and controls me. I'm strengthening it every time I think about this desire. How do I overcome this temptation?? It's driving me nuts!!!! It hit me like a canon ball when I realize that I'm not alone. Their are people out their with the same struggle as I'm going through but I was ashamed to share it! I kept it to myself and these problems grew in the dark and became bigger and bigger! In the mist of this hurt, I learn that I was thinking about myself and putting myself first and I didn't really have a heart for anyone but me because I was hurt myself! All that shifted when I decided to take off my mask and stop pretending that I'm perfect and start embracing this annoying part of me! Even when I fee sad, broken, a loser, if I focus on the little things that I have or can do, i can turn it into something bigger and change someone else's life and that's when I feel peace and embrace my chaotic life!! Every temptation is an opportunity to do good but It will be a challenge. Be careful how you think. Your life is shaped by your thoughts. P.S Life is still hard and full of struggles but I no longer feel defeated!

Something I struggle with.... We've all been afraid to share something personal or a life story cuz we don't want to be ignored or judged so we spent more time shoving everything down and not deal with it. The most dangerous thing in the world is a depress feeling. We all need space of love to express how we feel and hopefully release that feeling. Not everyone will be your space of love but don't let that stop you from sharing how you feel or your story! Be bold, keep smiling and while you're at it because people may admire you for your strength but they connect with you through your weaknesses! 📸📷: @brighter_thanthesun3 (at Crown Center)

I am very thankful for today! Woke up in my car freaking out cuz I had a lot to do over the weekend and I realized it's Sunday already and I haven't even started anything! Through the mist of me freaking out, confused and actually just gave up, this guy Evan helped took all my stuff out of my apartment to his truck and help me drop everything in my storage unit and organize everything by himself!! 😳😱😱 I'm incredibly thankful
