------ IT WAS FAR FROM being his proudest moment or even a good one at all. his head was pounding with the rhythm of a song he vaguely remembered listening the night before, and his mouth felt dry and sticky, as if he had eaten a handful of sand. if someone asked him, he was not sure he would be able to remember how much alcohol had gone into his organism last night. he was only able to remember the bitter taste of whisky --- an unusual texture for his mouth, being as used as he was to the friendlier taste of wine. however, if he had to find a bright side, he could say that, at least, he had had a good night sleep, which was unnatural for him. sadly, once he started thinking about the quality of his sleep, faded memories began appearing like flashes right in front of his eyes. the recollection of his fingers running through someone else’s body, the energy that ran along his body and the drunkeness he felt not only from the alcohol, but also from the flavor the female body left in his lips.
to make matters worse, she ( the reason of his annoyance ) was shamelessly sitting right in front of him, looking just as if some sort of demon had given her the task of torturing him for whatever sin he had committed in his past life “ i don’t want to see your face, you don’t want to see mine --- let’s get this over with, shall we? ” because destiny was laughing at his face and all that was left for him to do was to stop himself from jumping out of the window next to them “ we finish this damn project and then we never talk to each other again, deal? ”
