I watched a *violently* lactose intolerant friend snap a lactaid tablet in half and drop it on top of her first spoonful of frozen custard. It was unbelievably metal. Staring unblinking into the face of intense pain, like “I know the name of my higher authority, and it is not milk. Fuck you.” I don’t pity lactose intolerant people, I fear them.
