Hi everyone! A few months ago I had some laptop issues, which is scary since all of my art and comics are made on it. After a new battery was installed it looked all fixed, but now it's going down hill again, so rather than just a battery, I fear it's a problem within the laptop itself.

I really need my laptop to keep doing the things I love- to keep working on my webtoons and etsy, and maybe even start taking commissions in the future- but it all hinges on having a functional laptop.

it was a very short one-shot manga i made for a contest, the moon was a goddess who could take human form during the full moon and one full moon she met a werewolf, it was love at first sight and while they were kissing wolfie ended up biting her and then biting a chunk out of her, she kept eating more and more of her and ripped her open, the full moon ends and she goes back up into the sky, next full moon she leaves the sky completely fine and goes to see her wolf again

wolfie likes to bite and moon likes to be bitten, they're a perfect match haha :)

My marathon is things that are on DVD (or in some cases like the disney+ shows, things that are, well, on disney+ that don't even have DVDs)

but so that means no New new things, like Thunderbolts*, or like how Fantastic Four First Steps comes out this summer, but it is Not part of my marathon until next year when they should be on DVD and can be added to my collection :)

i actually don't remember specifically when i started this tradition, but i did this over summer vacation, and i gave myself rules for it, i stuck to only DVDs (at the time borrowed from my father's collection- now i have my own because fuck him), and no animated entries- only live action, but still everything that i thought should be together; so even before the movies got all multiversey i was already throwing together Daredevil/Elektra, Fox Xmen, Avengers and more (i just figured i had to prioritize what i wanted to get through over my vacation, so no 90s Xmen Animated Series or 2008 Spectacular Spiderman or Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes, or animated movies like Thor Tales of Asgard- nowadays some animation does make it into my marathon with What If...? since it ties into the main mcu)

and some things i don't include, like Secret Invasion or Multiverse of Madness because they piss me off so i ignore that they exist at all

the problem with hating my body AND being an artist is that i have now designed a beast that i would like to be and im just sadly looking at this creature i made but that i cannot conjure myself to be in real life

i cannot sprout a tail and grow both fur and feathers, i would have already by now if i could, jealous of my own drawing for just existing as the strange beast it is unaware of the tragedies of being human

this majestic monster has been untouched by man, it doesn't even know what capitalism is and has never needed to get a job because it is Creature

yet in a twist of fate without my human hands would this mind beast ever have been created in the first place?

ive invented (note: dubious claim) something i call the bear diet which is mostly fruits and vegetables with fish as the main protein source and something like once a month you eat a few hyperprocessed foods of your liking because that is when you, the bear, raid a dumpster in the suburbs

2 of the biggest pains in my heart is that i can't find any DVDs of total drama island (ANY seasons really, i saw season 1 on ebay for like $200 but like guys what the fuck) or big time rush (i only have season 1 volume 1 and 2, and seemingly no other DVDs even exist???)

i love physical media but like also even without that i just wanna watch these shows and WHERE are they even streaming???? netflix has tdi seasons 1 and 2 but nothing else, and i think i saw big time rush on tubi or something? like i would LOVE physical DVDs of them, but really just let me WATCH them ANYWHERE, WHERE is total drama???
