Idk why I’m on keto TikTok now, I hate kito so I’m gonna talk about it

My stepmom did kept for a few months when I was growing up so I know a lot.

Full on keto, absolutely zero carbs. No fruit, no nuts, etc. Will kill you long term. It can cause kidney failure. That’s why modern day keto incorporates fruits and nuts.

It’s also just bad longterm. It puts so much stress on your body because your body thinks you’re on survival mode. You’re not getting proper nutrition, so it holds onto everything.

side effects from keto: bad breath, flu-like symptoms, constellation, muscle cramps, kidney stones, high cholesterol, nutrient deficiencies, pee that smells like nail polish remover, and strong body odor

I and a lot of doctors don’t recommend it unless you’re dealing with something like epilepsy, which can actually help prevent epileptic seizures
