Zoro is injured and carried by Jinbei back to the crew which means they are very close to Nami spot.

Swords are the soul of a swordsman. For Zoro, his swords are very precious to him, especially Wado Ichimonji; but Nami, not only kicking and touching but also asking to use his sword (in anime). Apparently, he lets her do that, when Zoro was in danger, Nami helps him immediately by kicking his swords towards him, letting he use 100% of his power.
When she asks to use his sword, he doesn’t feel uncomfortable or refused, he just reminds her not to kill the child, and after that being excited seeing Nami using his sword, not even wanted to stop her (he knows she wouldn’t do anything harmful).
In One Piece Z official art, Oda draws Nami touching Zoro’s Wado Ichimonjo, his favorite sword, they are close enough to feel free for touching other’s things.
Cover page chapter 201 and 226, Nami and the cat are wearing yellow classes and Zoro has the same color one with a similar form. In One Piece Z official art, Zoro also wears a yellow-orange classes.

In chapter 538, Zoro was with a hen and her eggs, he saved them from the wolf attack and asked for one egg in return. His shirt says “I like 🥚” but the egg her is drawn differently, which looks exactly like Nami’s Weather egg - her new weapon after timeskip.

Do you remember Flare and Ryuma from Eiichiro Oda’s one shot Monsters ?
Flare is a young girl with shoulder-length dark brown hair and dark green eyes. She looks very similar to Nami before timeskip. Ryuma is a swordsman who looks alike Zoro.
Here we can see some similarities between their chemistry, that one time she slapped him in his face and another time they argued 💚🧡
In the first panel, when Zoro heard Nami wondering more about Sanji, his speech bubble only has dots means that he was in deep thought and wanted to say something.
After that he was little harsh about Sanji’s behavior for leaving in this situation which cause many troubles for the team. Nami is emotional for what’s happened so that she show attitude for what he had said and he told her not to make any excuses for Sanji.
They after the argument was quiet and seems upset. They didn’t mean to make each other hurt as the way they look at the other.
Finally, Zoro started the conversation first, breaking the awkward and sad situation by asking about the Minks healing ability. Knowing that Nami has spent time with the Minks and she possibly answered that question of him. In fact, she was the only one cared and answered him which means they were no more war.
Zoro has asked Raizou to show him the jutsu “hide in the ceiling and get pierced by a spear”. In the chapter where Nami and Shinobu was sneaking in the ceiling, getting caught and almost getting hit by spears.
In chapter 1016 cover page, Zoro in ninja clothes with a cat (related to Nami’s animal) were on the ceiling and get pierced by spears.
Zoro is also very interested in ninja’s stuffs but he pretends like he doesn’t, and Nami was a Kunoichi.
