Our schedule for this event may be subject to change, but this is our working one for now. 😘

Now-March 15th: Sign-ups

April 15th: Idea Pitch Deadline - artists will have the very basics of their project in mind on what they would like to create, and some idea of the story behind it.

April 20th: Project Sign Up Forms - writers and betas will have access to forms to pick the top five works they would like to be involved in.

May 1st: Group Forming - all participants will be given access to their group channel with the project they are assigned to.

June 1st: Temperature check - mini check in to make sure everyone is happy where they are, and if there are any risks of dropouts/reassignments needed

July 1st: First check in - artists expected to have very simple sketches, writers to have a rough outline completed

September 1st: Second check in - artists to have linework for two pieces completed, writers to have a rough draft completed

November 1st: Final check in - artists to have colour completed, only finishing touches/tweaking remaining, writers to have their story complete and in the editing/betaing process

December: Posting

(The check-ins are not hard/fast rules, they are simply to make sure things are progressing and any help needed is quickly brought to our attention ❤️)

He refocused his eyes on the enemy. The Water Tribe boy stood tall with the moon at his back. Tall, finger-like pillars of frozen ice curled up on either side of him, framing him as if he were some sort of hero from the kinds of stories Zuko’s mother had liked reading. He wasn’t, though. A hero. The Water Tribe wasn’t special. Yes, he was tall, and yes he was muscular, but Zuko had faced taller, more muscular enemies. He was… Zuko had never seen anything like him.

The demon figures parted for him silently, pressing themselves into the sides of the room. Sokka took the opportunity to look more closely at their faces. They’re just masks, he realized with a sudden jolt of relief, which gave way quickly to a feeling of acute stupidity. Of course they’re just masks. What else would they be?

it was my pleasure to work with ChaoticAnxious (on ao3) on Envy of the Gods Above

our collaboration for the @zukka2025reversebang which features Sokka, who has been at naval war with the Fire Nation, stuck on Crescent Island with a sect of Fire Sages who 1. he needs information from and 2. are always masked.

We did a thing for @zukka2025reversebang . So excited to finally share it! Look at the amazing art!!

Sokka (human) is fine. Except for the moon curse that’s turned him nocturnal. Oh, and the trauma he’s been carrying since Vampires killed his mom. And all the monsters... Whatever. He’s fine. His sister is thriving. His alchemy pays the bills. As long as Sokka can keep a roof over their heads, and the Vampires stay far, far away, he’s fantastic.

Zuko (vampire) is not fine. He’s been kicked out of the Coven again - on the night of his sister’s Ascension, no less. But he'll find a way back in! He just needs to convince Father... somehow.

Two lives never meant to intersect.

Until Sokka’s search for crafting metals accidentally leads him to Aang - a playful Sylph who’s been missing (along with his entire species) for hundreds of years. Aang's a goofball, but he's also the Avatar, and he just might have the power to take on the Vampires and end their thousand year reign of terror.

Now Sokka finds himself shepherding Aang across the world as they search for the Hearts of all four nations while Zuko, who seems to think Aang is his ticket home, relentlessly chases them.

These two boys are going to kill each other.

Unless they fall in love first.

Are there rules with respect to fic length and completion status by the end and whatnot?

Fic length minimum is 10k, since the posting dates aren't until next December, and we felt that was plenty of time to flesh out our stories for the artists. Bouncing from that, completion status would vary fic to fic, if some are doing 10k oneshots vs. 80k chaptered fics, we would expect to have the first chapter/first 10k (whichever happens first) to be postable by December. hello ~~~ I'm just making sure I haven't missed sign ups. It's been a while since I've tried participating in these kinds of things ! ♥️

We are JUST about to get rockin on it, don't worry you haven't missed it! (apologies for the delay, I was very very ill for a few weeks but have finally mostly recovered) Sign-up sheets are just about ready to go, server is ready, just doing a little bit of tweaking here and there and then we are off to the races, so stay tuned. ❤️

Hi Hi! Little update for everyone waiting, I am planning to put out the sign up sheet in a few days, that will remain open for 3 weeks. Tentative timeline being: Jan-Feb: sign ups Feb-March: discord access/brainstorming/finalizing ideas End of March: group forming Thinking of posting works ~September~ to give lots of breathing room for all participants, with a few check-ins along the way. This is just a little boost to remind folks and get some ideas percolating, and I will be sure to be VERY LOUD when sign ups do go out so hopefully no one that wants in gets missed.
