Glass Gardens - Artist Dale Chihuly

Dale Chihuly is an internationally acclaimed American artist working in the realm of glass sculpture and has had unparalleled influence on the development of glassblowing as a medium for large-scale assemblages and installations.

Chihuly’s affinity for glasshouses has grown in a series of exhibitions within botanical settings. He assembles gardens of glass that include many of his series of works.

These photos show a minimal set of some of his exquisite works.

I've had the privilege of seeing a Chihuly exhibit way back in Miami and it was truly breathtaking. Especially when he incorporates nature with his work. If you ever see an exhibit of his in your town, GO! Worth it.
