Gearing up for Avengers press feels vaguely like summer break has come to an end and I’m gearing up for, like, senior year of high school. I’ve spent the last two weeks with my daughter doing whatever the hell she wants because she’ll be with her dad while I’m off in every timezone there is answering the same three questions in about a thousand different variations — not sure what will do me in first, my child or jet-setting around the world. Both are killing me slowly, both will be the cause of my first grey hairs, and if I’m going to make it to the Widow movie, I’m going to need either a convincing body double or a solid babysitter. Or a strong drink. Anyways, hi, I’m Scarlett, and today my child asked loudly, in public, when I’d let her get her first tattoo. I never believed that having kids would simply be karma kicking you in the ass for all the things you did to your parents when you were little until today.

This will be me once Spider-Man press starts up. Don’t get me wrong, I love it but getting asked the same questions all the time drives me insane. I’m glad Tom gets most of the attention. Girl, don’t even. You’re a badass so if anyone can handle all of it, it’s you. Damn, she wanting to start early being a little badass too, huh? Ever need a babysitter to take her off your hands for a few, hit a girl up. I love kids. Don’t want any of my own yet but when I can give them back, that’s the life.
