Finished a comm for a homie that isn’t on tumblr, really proud of it.

1st Tier Los Angeles, California. The ground level, left behind as the city built up. All that is undesirable to the upper levels is tucked away down here; waste disposal, power generation, and all manner of gangsters, mercs, and punks.

 Tread lightly.

The 2nd tier of Los Angeles, the new ground level built upon the older city and infrastructure. The middle class looks up to the 3rd tier with dreams of grandeur, while hoping to avoid falling below a literal poverty line into the 1st tier.
